Lisa, Jen, and Leigh made my conversion from my previous payroll provider to CAVU so easy, and they are always there when I need anything. We were up to date with our HR Handbooks so fast! The HR Support Center was so easy to navigate and made getting all of our mandatory training required by the state super simple, plus any HR questions I have can be answered with the HR Support Center. Payroll continues to get more complicated so you need someone that you can get in touch with quickly and can solve your problems, usually that you created. **What do you dislike about Cavu HCM?** When I first start took over payroll I discovered there were no real reference materials. That could be CAVU's problem or it could be our problem caused by lack of internal documentation, but it was frustrating not to have reference materials. **What problems is Cavu HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?** The are two problems that continually plague me. Number 1, is a lack of a great report writer and Number 2, problems caused with set up at the time of the installation by our internal team. The CAVU support person has developed various reports to use when their report writer does not meet our needs. The 2nd problem requires the support person to get into the inner workings of the software and correct out of balance journal entries caused by incomplete transaction mapping at the time of setup. ### 12.
