Its advanced data exporting and customized reporting functions are quite limited. Our marketing team needs to collect, summarize and analyze massive attendance records, task completion logs and field working data on a monthly and quarterly basis for internal performance reviews and project recap. Currently, the system only supports basic standard report templates and simple Excel exports. We cannot set custom data dimensions or filter combined conditions. For example, when we sort out working hours and task performance of researchers across six German regions for our quarterly market research report, we have to export raw data first and then manually reorganize, filter and calculate information in spreadsheets. This adds extra repetitive work and takes us several hours every time. Besides, the exported raw data also lacks flexible formatting options. When we need to submit standardized reports to the company’s senior management team, the plain exported tables from Cavu HCM do not match our internal report styles. We have to adjust cell formats, add category labels and reorganize layouts one by one. What makes it less convenient is that the system does not support scheduled automatic data export either. For recurring weekly and monthly statistics, we have to log into the platform and run exports manually every time, instead of setting up auto-generation and delivery.
