**What do you like best about Captely?**

Captely has literally transformed our B2B prospecting. What amazes me is their success rate with phone numbers - where our other tools found 30-40% of the numbers, Captely easily finds 85%. The waterfall system with 20 data sources really makes a difference. The Chrome extension is ultra-convenient for enriching directly from LinkedIn without having to export-import files. The credit model is fair: we only pay when we get a real verified data, not for failed attempts. Emails are systematically validated before delivery, which saves us from unnecessary bounces. The icing on the cake: the price is half that of market alternatives. The integration with our CRM was done in a few clicks. Honestly, it's hard to go back after experiencing Captely.

**What do you dislike about Captely?**

Honestly, I really tried to find negative points but there are few. If I had to nitpick: at the beginning, I would have liked to have a bit more free credits to test thoroughly (even though 50 is already generous). Sometimes, for very niche profiles, even with 20 sources, nothing is found - but this is more related to the public availability of data than to the tool itself. I would have also appreciated a "preview" mode to see how many credits a bulk search will consume before launching it, but that's really a minor detail. The product is really solid.

**What problems is Captely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Captely solves a major problem in B2B prospecting: incomplete databases that caused us to miss business opportunities. Before, we identified the right decision-makers on LinkedIn, but we only had contact details for 40-50% of them. As a result, half of our targeted prospects were unreachable, which drastically limited our pipeline.

With Captely, we now find 85% of emails AND phone numbers - it's huge. The waterfall system with 20 sources allows us to reach contacts that our competitors cannot touch, giving us a real competitive advantage. In concrete terms, this means more conversations, more meetings booked, and ultimately more deals signed.

The other big point is the time saved: before, we spent hours manually cross-referencing several tools, now everything is automatically enriched and sent directly to our CRM. And the pay-per-result model is fair: we only pay for verified data, not for failed attempts. For our prospecting budget, it makes a real difference.

**What do you like best about Captely?**

Before, I used to scrape Sales Navigator and put my contacts into a tool that found barely 40% of the emails. Since I started using Captely, I scrape directly from their extension and enrich everything with one click. I get more than 85% of emails found and many more leads to contact. It's super simple and saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Captely?**

As the tool is still new, there is currently only an integration with HubSpot. I can't wait for them to add other cold email tools to save even more time.

**What problems is Captely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Captely allows me to find many more emails than other tools, which helps me launch broader prospecting campaigns, feed sales, and generate more business opportunities. Additionally, everything is centralized, so I no longer need to go through multiple tools to scrape and enrich my leads; Captely does all that within its platform.
