**Describe the project or task c4b helped with:**

Increasing sales enquiries for care and recruiting more staff. Having tried various types and suppliers of chat services, we added c4b chat to our website with remarkable results. The industry we are in is highly competitive and being able to connect with prospective clients while they are browsing our website and researching has been a game-changer for us. Sales have increased by 18%, and we always have staff available to fulfill the demand.  I highly recommend this service.

**What do you like best about c4b?**

No hassle. A text comes in, and if we accept it, we are straight in chatting with our prospective client or staff member. There are no passwords to remember and no apps to log into. Those chats we cannot pick up are dealt with professionally and reflect well on our business. C4B is a true extension to our sales team. The team at C4B makes all changes that we ask for so we have literally nothing to do but answer a text and chat.

**What do you dislike about c4b?**

I really can't think of any. I need to modify my script to include location.

It's such a simple sales concept but nobody else provides the service
