Display the employee profile very well manner which contains all crucial information related to an employee. Every links on a page redirects you to the relevant section for detailed information.     "PeopleSoft Financials as Enterprise Finance Management: I have worked on PeopleSoft as a techno-functional analyst and now I am an end user managing the general ledger of a bank in PeopleSoft General Ledger module. It is a very user friendly application with simple user interface and neither complex or flashy to use. Also the delivered functionality provided by PeopleSoft is very much efficient to use for any multinational company and the maintenance of the product is very cheap as from the latest version 9.2 it doesn't require a project to be carried out to upgrade to newer version."

With Dayforce we were able to make the switch from paper timesheets to having our employees entering data into the timesheets on the software - which are reviewed in real time by managers. We have a complicated way of paying our field staff who make visits in patient homes and the implementation team worked with us to come up with a solution."

    "Efficient Enrollments: I love how smooth the enrollment process is for the employee, the group admin, the brokerage, and the carrier. No more having to go back and forth with missing data, illegible handwriting, incorrect effective dates, etc. Plus, having the contributions, and benefit details right there for the employee, it makes their options and costs easy to see in order to make an informed decision. I also really appreciate the support from their help desk. I feel comfortable calling in no matter the type of question and know that whoever answers will genuinely try to help me resolve my problem in a timely manner. "

It also allows me to review the reports issued by this system in a detailed and very understandable way. I also like your payroll processing system very much once all the necessary information has been loaded, without a doubt something that is of great importance and that has taken a great weight off me because I have noticed that my human resources team is more efficient in its work. I miss mentioning the technical support team that are an incredible group and are very attentive, they have been able to resolve any anomaly in the system in record time."

    "online payroll for this century: My experience with OnPay has been great so far. Full disclosure I have only been utilizing them for three months but I run payroll weekly for four different companies so I have had quite a bit of hands on time with the platform. The system is simple to use and easy to understand. After years with ADP and depending on what they claimed was a whole 'team' of individuals handling different aspects of our processing, I am able to knock it all out on my own using OnPay quickly and easily."
