I used the CRM which was customize according to my requirement,
Its is very Intuitive and user-friendly interface, Its All-in-one platform for CRM, billing, and inventory. It is Highly customizable to different business needs.
Quick customer support and onboarding is done with ease, and the main part is that, very easily they integrate all my doc file along with third-party integrations.
I would recommend Cloud-based with real-time data sync software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't have major problem as such, But these can be the factor to look for Improvement. Occasional lag during peak usage times and Mobile app can be improved for smoother performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
