"A Game-Changer ATS/CRM"
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

It has huge no. of Functionalities and also they are quite easy to use for a new user like me (who never used in past but now has full hands on it). This system has several market partners who provide extra technology that you can readily integrate/use to create a strong and efficient tech stack. If you have any problems or questions, the Support, Customer Success, and Account Management staff is always happy to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

The thing I can only think of is Sign-In. UI/UX of Sign-In can be improved as I dislike this part the most. Sometimes it also breaks the connectivity between server and front-end so if this can be resolved, it will add more value for your users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Still some strong features, but struggling vs competing tools"
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn are clearly attempting to do all they can to invest in their platform and are genuinely well-meaning when they try to deliver value, their support efforts are strong, even when their resolution efforts aren't and their customer success team are knowledgeable and proactive....once you manage to find them. What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

Unfortunately, the Bullhorn ATS continued to feel cumbersome and outdated. Many basic features of the analytics reporting tool are not fit for purpose and simply cannot recognize data from the ATS. I applaud the tech support team for acknowledging that these are all valid issues stemming from an acquired platform tool, and they are working to rectify them. However, it seems as though they are always running on sand, and everything is a 'workaround' rather than a solution. The automation tools are honestly far behind the competition in innovation and execution, there is limited integration with Linkedin and zero reverse integration with Linkedin lookup tools, so it is often quicker just to enter searches manually into Linkedin and almost always more accurate. The 'livechat' feature for support has never had a live agent available in over 5 years and the customer success team admitted that they didn't even know that feature existed. Support has improved recently with the hub, but it still takes days to get a resolution for anything. The Bullhorn ATS feels as though it is racing to stay relevant and competitive. We are annoyed that we pay so much for the automation tool when there are multiple alternatives for a fraction of the price with far superior features and execution. The IOS app is very difficult to log into, regularly suggests that you are not registered for features when the real issue is that you have entered your password incorrectly.
