The best feature by far is the ability to schedule posts on Google Plus. I personally appreciate the browser plugin, so I can cross post content from Facebook to Google Plus, because I can schedule posts in advance on the Facebook platform, but not on the G+ platform, so I cross post the schedule through the plugin integration. The next best thing is the preset schedule defaults, which allow you to post on social networks on preset times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike is the inability to archive social media accounts that are inactive. There is no other way to add new social accounts, without deleting the old ones. Deleting accounts destroys years of metric data that could be useful for case studies. We could also possibly re-activate an archived account, but that isn't possible without the option to mark accounts inactive, or archived. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Buffer is simple to use and easy to learn. I've used Buffer, Hootsuite, Cision, Calendly, and SproutSocial and Buffer is by far the easiest to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because of it's simple interface, Buffer is limited in how much social media help it will provide. If you only need to schedule things out and track basic analytics, it's great. If you want to monitor social media channels, grab user-generated content and do more robust reporting, Buffer isn't a great fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is a great time saving tool. I can fill my queue with social media posts at any time and know that they will be posted at the times of my choosing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it gets a bit slow when adding a new post to the queue, but it has not been an issue worth worrying about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buffer is exceptionally simple to use. It has a very user-friendly interface and layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing I dislike. It is however a more basic tool. If you want something more advanced (for bulk scheduling), you'd have to look at other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The automated scheduling feature is the best I've ever seen. Using it lead to an increase in reach and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not as robust as Hootsuite and other social media platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It says it on the tin–it's a reliable way to pre-schedule social posts. The interface is mostly easy to use, and Buffer integrates with everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The buffer preview of the post looks different than how the post actually appears on social, which means it can be hard to tell if the image you're using is going to come out looking strangely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Uh the total easeeee to do things. I tried Hootsuite and that shit was confusing. Buffer I love. It saves me a crapton of time and it's just awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I really love Buffer and have no complaints. Okay, it's not really a Buffer complaint, but it says Buffer on facebook whenever it posts which is kinda annoying. I think it's a facebook thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most outstanding are the ease of use, the simplicity of its interface and the possibility of quickly changing the order of programming. They are some of the most important aspects that I like best in the use of Buffer. But one of the functions that I like most is to be able to repost with just a click, is the best, especially when we want to republish a post that has been successful before and we can take advantage again easily and quickly. I really do not dislike anything about Buffer. The only thing I really would like would be that the free plan might include using at least one RSS feed to feed my personal profiles from specific sources, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use interface. Powerful scheduling capabilities and frequent communication from Buffer on how to get the most out of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Absolutely no listening or monitoring capabilities. Expensive for an agency and without those additional elements other software makes more sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
