I like the layout for viewing key project information in a dashboard, with an option to extract out into a PDF for presentations. Stage gate sign off process is a nice easy to use tool and I like the progress bar which gives a PM an easy way of seeing the progress. Its really easy to get a project setup and go back in to edit information. I really appreciate the support from Bubble in terms of customer service which is excellent and also adaptations we ask from the system. The portfolio reporting side of the software is really useful and is nice and easy to search on key words from the portfolio view or create custom reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to see better dashboard visual reporting in terms of graphs and charts with the ability to customise on company branded colours - this would save lots of time having to do this manually if I could take a PDF download of the graphs needed already with company branded colours. Simplicity in capturing project information and customizing and displaying multiple project views. Easy to export information to Excel for further analysis. The process of stages and gates in the tool is a well thought-out. Support is built into the tool and the support is quick to respond and fix issues. Customer service with Bubble is great. Tool is flexible but functionality, financial management, UI and dashboard capability needs maturity although Bubble is investing further development of the product quickly based on customer feedback. Export of dashboards and reports to pdf need to be PowerPoint executive ready - better colors, fonts, formatting. Export of a 4-box status and a plan on a page is not flexible enough to present. Using innovator in our daily business flow has made my life so much easier. The customers side, alone, has driven our revenue up 70% in the last 6 months! I love how easy it is for me to see the daily logs and what area it was from. The detail they provide is almost like having an assistant in house! It's as if I having someone doing my job for me. Thankful for this program as it had increased my work to life balance- making everything so streamlined that I can get out of the office sooner to spend more time with my family. There isn't anything that I just plain do not like. Sometimes it can take a little more time than I would like when I have to call their technical issue phone number but they always are super helpful and help me resolve the very few issues I have ever experienced using their software.
