What do you like best about Bubble Software?

The exceptional level of customer service and impressive technical acumen delivers the very best customer experience. I rave about the partnership built over the years I have worked with the Bubble; no matter what the problem or time of day, they are there to support with professionalism and solutions. What do you dislike about Bubble Software?

That I personally (not Bubble) did not use all of the functionality the system/software offers - I simply ran out of time with all of the great functionality we did use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bubble Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

We identified an area of opportunity forthe Project Charters which was resolved by the smart and creative minds at Bubble. While we previously had multiple tabs for submitters to complete before and IDEA was deemed complete, the Bubble Developers identified a 'single view' option which streamlined the Project Charter submission process and allowed for new and current users to have a fresh and more efficient submission expererience. What do you like best about Bubble Software?

Simplicity in capturing project information and customizing and displaying multiple project views. Easy to export information to Excel for further analysis. The process of stages and gates in the tool is a well thought-out. Support is built into the tool and the support is quick to respond and fix issues. Customer service with Bubble is great. What do you dislike about Bubble Software?

Tool is flexible but functionality, financial management, UI and dashboard capability needs maturity although Bubble is investing further development of the product quickly based on customer feedback. Export of dashboards and reports to pdf need to be PowerPoint executive ready - better colors, fonts, formatting. Export of a 4-box status and a plan on a page is not flexible enough to present. Recommendations to others considering Bubble Software:

Simple functionality is there to manage portfolio lifecycle and software cost is reasonable. Easy to configure to specifications of the consumer's need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bubble Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

More rigor in portfolio planning in the lifecycle of a project, better ability to enable collaboration between difference groups, better project governance via the tool with built-in stage gates and better capability to track portfolio progression. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bubble Software?

Using innovator in our daily business flow has made my life so much easier. The customers side, alone, has driven our revenue up 70% in the last 6 months! I love how easy it is for me to see the daily logs and what area it was from. The detail they provide is almost like having an assistant in house! It's as if I having someone doing my job for me. Thankful for this program as it had increased my work to life balance- making everything so streamlined that I can get out of the office sooner to spend more time with my family. There isn't anything that I just plain do not like. Sometimes it can take a little more time than I would like when I have to call their technical issue phone number but they always are super helpful and help me resolve the very few issues I have ever experienced using their software.
