It provides great results (achieved a 10x lift in viewing intent for our Fall F’23 campaign) and allows building dynamic and flexible dOOH campaigns. Its audience and location data aids in identifying and targeting potential viewers, reaching them contextually via different formats and advertising seamlessly across most OOH owners. Most importantly, it allows leveraging negotiated deal IDs and optimizing in real time using actual results. Broadsign is an extremely easy platform to use, but when needed, their team is always ready to help. **What do you dislike about Broadsign?** There is not much I dislike about Broadsign platform. The company continuously adds media owners, provides guidance in how to use the software and provides webinars that educates about programmatic OOH **What problems is Broadsign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Executing digital OOH campaigns at once, leveraging data to select formats and optimizing in real time (not waiting until a contract ends to learn about it) ### 2. The platform has also gained a lot of maturity over the years to reach an extensive set of functionality that can address practically any challenge in digital signage. Moreover, it has fully documented APIs that allows flexible integration with other systems which is usually the case for enterprise settings. **What do you dislike about Broadsign?** It takes quite some time to learn the solution due to its extensive set of features, so having access to extensive training or consulting expertise is very useful **What problems is Broadsign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Broadsign platform has a product for each theme, from intelligent planning capabilities to content management to reporting and last but not least programmatic, it has all the tools required for an enterprise grade digital signage. ### 3. Very good and robust platform **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Hiram H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023 **What do you like best about Broadsign?** Very straightforward, robust and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Broadsign?** 3 things, doesn´t work on Mac, we have to use wine or other software just to use it, but it doesn´t work very well, it crashes a lot. The last versión of the software has a lot of errors and glitches (Version 15.3.0-1) I´m using it and it crashes a lot, it´s very slow, and in less than 5 minutes of not using it, I´m out of the platform with an error popup. It should have an option to replace content, where instead of deleting and uploading content, we can replace it and this respects all your settings in the campaigns. This would be very useful for content that we change daily. **What problems is Broadsign solving and how is that benefiting you?** All of our advertising network is working on Broadsign since 2015, it´s the best digital signage software by far, and the connection between software, player and screen rarely fails. ### 4. Since day 1 the team at Broadsign including Amy Yuan have been some of the most professional in the industry. From seminars to answering questions we've watched them grow, expand, and improve their offerings the last 4 years. My team is extremely happy with the solution. **What do you dislike about Broadsign?** At first some browser issues were affecting productivity, but they have addressed many of our concerns. In the past some other software companies we have dealt with listen to issues, but do not take action or add a feature we need to the roadmap. Broadsign is the rarity where we bring something up and then we find out its in a future release. **What problems is Broadsign solving and how is that benefiting you?** CMS , DPS, SSP for OOH Network in the USA and Europe. It is our central hub for all things digital signage and managing our network partners access to the growing deployments. ### 7. We connect every day of the week, the platform is intuitive. I had never done programmatic before, I immediately felt comfortable with the platform. **What do you dislike about Broadsign?** The only negative point that I could mention is that the platform is not suitable for mobile phones. It can be disturbing if we have creative work to validate over the weekend or even during the holidays. **What problems is Broadsign solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to generate turnover, we have new customers thanks to this platform that we would not have had. Quick technical support. **What do you dislike about Broadsign?** Delivery of new versions is sometimes confusing since there are many hotfixes etc and it becomes hard to remember which versions fixed what issues. **What problems is Broadsign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instead of problems (which include bugs in the system etc) , I'd say Broadsign helps us provide high standards of delivery of ads to our customers by adding features and fixing any bugs found in the system. ### 9. More visibility into the details of campaigns could be very helpful to media owners.
