I love that I can customize a calendar of options to send to customers for them to choose a time to meet. It cuts down on back-and-forth emails and makes it easier for partners to schedule a time to meet with me. I like that I can choose the length of meeting time, time zone, and embed the options in the actual email. I LOVE that I can set it so it doesn't double-book my time. I don't like that I am limited to only 20 timeslots, or that those timeslots have to be within a 10-day window of each other. I also wish that a zoom calendar invite could be auto-generated when a client books a time to meet with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows me to set up multiple meetings across the board, and allows me to extend flexibility to each of the persons I am meeting with. Also helps me space out my meetings better. I like that I can send specific times for a client to schedule a meeting vs just my open calendar. It helps me use my time better because I can stack meetings together and/or limit the duration of the meeting. I've also found that because they are selecting a specific time in a list vs every open appointment they tend to select times quicker and don't book too far out into the future. Very easy to set up and use, intuitive user experience. Useful for me, I have to schedule plenty of meetings and this makes it so easy without having to do the manual work. Also, it is really useful to send emails back to my inbox when someone does not respond by a certain time. i use this feature as a to-do list. I use Boomerang multiple times a day. I really appreciate the bookable schedule that embeds directly into the email response, or I have the option of sending a link or embedding one in my signature. I like that you can pick the times you want to offer easily, and it's dynamic so that if a slot is taken that's reflected. Unlike Calendly where you give people a lot more visibility and then constantly have to manage / block off time on your calendar, which is also difficult when trying to keep things open for different people. I love the scheduling from email feature. As an HR professional I meet with a lot of people. Rather than the back and forth of "Are you free at XYZ time?" I just send them a live view of my calendar and they can book automatically. It's the best! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
