Boomerang for Gmail Reviews & Product Details

I love that you can overlay all of your coworker's calendars with a simple selection tool. I also love that it is all done directly in my gmail app and I don't have to switch back and forth between email and my Google calendar. It is super easy to implement, a quick plugin download and you are ready to go! I also love how easy it is to overlay various timezones so I can send my clients meeting options in their own timezone. The fact that the availability is a live feed is also super useful - no more double bookings!

I wish I could import the entirety of my calendar contacts at once. I have to currently add people's calendars one-by-one and in a large company that can be time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two best features:

- I can customize and completely control my schedule. The control options are easy to use and very handy.

- The seamless integration on Gmail, makes it very easy to integrate my booking link on email and use it on other communications apps too.

- I use it everyday.

Seamless to sugest meetings with preset availabilities or specific ones. Connecting the calendar so that once a meeting is booked it prevents others from booking that time slot is game changer, where before I would tell clients I'm free on Tuesday and then both of them say yes.

I love that I can pop my availability right into an email with the click of a button. It makes life so much easier. I'm no longer wasting time looking at my schedule, dropping my availability into an email, and by the time they respond I am booked for that time and we have to start all over again. Boomerang was one of the original scheduling extensions I believe, even before Gmail integrated it into their native UI. Boomerang still provides good freemium features, and I like that it incorporates the ability to schedule meetings as well as emails, and to track opens of messages sent using the extension. I think the service has been trying to integrate too many features, like the AI content generator, that seem unnecessary and is distracting to the original interface. I think Boomerang should work on refining its original services (which might encourage me to upgrade to Premium) rather than incorporating new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's extremely helpful to have emails ping back to me at different periods of time. My job is Outreach/sales so it requires me to do a lot of follow up with folks and Boomerang allows me to do that. Writing notes is also very helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been experiencing a bug where it doesn't seem to be compatible with the wifi at my office which is frustrating.

I use Boomerang on a daily basis - it helps me to manage my email, to set reminders, to keep track of important information. It is 9:50am and I have used it 5 times today already - to send back an email if there is no response, to send something back to myself three days from now so I don't forget about it. Boomerang for Gmail is a very complete solution for my business needs. The ease of use on scheduling meetings is unparallelled (I often have people ask me "what is this magic scheduler?!"), and it's intuitive and easy to understand from the jump both for me as the user as well as for the recipients of my scheduling requests. I have been using Boomerang daily for at least 6 years now, and have been able to abandon the patchwork of other solutions. Inbox Pause has changed my life, and I'm an evangelist for it, especially with the rollout of the new delivery management -- batch delivery of emails is a game-changer for those of us whose email cadence is out of control.
