Boomerang allows me to schedule meetings really easily. It references my calendar so it automatically updates potential meeting times based on my calendar. It's also easy to incorporate folks' availability and boomerang can compare across multiple people's calendars. It saves me such my time looking up mine and my co-workers' calendars when trying to schedule meetings with folks outside of our organization. The most helpful feature was setting individual dates and times that work for you, and then having people choose convenient times for them to talk or meet. This saves so much time reaching out to people as they can cancel or modify according to the schedule you set! I don't find myself using the email functions as much as the scheduler. I don't really use group poll or share free/busy either. The suggest times option is the one that has been most useful to me.

Using Boomerang's "Share Free/Busy" saves considerable amount of time scheduling meetings. First, I don't have to get the other person's availability and compare it to my calendar (and usually others).
