Boomerang for Gmail Reviews & Product Details

I like the fact that you can set an availability one time and use it as a template. I also like being able to integrate it into my email messages, making it easier for my clients to utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Boomerang mostly for my business email, but I use my personal email to respond to ALL messages so it can be tricky to access the correct account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Boomerang's "Share Free/Busy" saves considerable amount of time scheduling meetings. First, I don't have to get the other person's availability and compare it to my calendar (and usually others). Second, since I routinely meet with people in different time zones, they are able to see my availability in their time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not been able to figure out how to set default hours in the "Share Free//Busy" and have to manually set them each time I send a calendar out. Otherwise, I do not have any other issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to embed the meeting appointment times directly into the email is helpful for the recipient. I also appreciate that it links with my Google Calendar, and allows me to gather pertinent information for the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have to manually go back to created calendar invites and add my video call link. There is a way to login to Zoom and have this automated, but for some reason it isn't working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of scheduling meetings with third parties and the options available - self-serve or pre-selected dates and times. The snooze feature on emails also allows me to come back to emails when I'm ready to reply at a specified time.
