If I ask BombBomb to do something that it cannot do, they are willing to add it to the recommendations for increased functionality! Pretty great! **What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a major gifts fundraiser, I often work with donors who may not necessarily want a relationship and yet give generously. In the past, I have only had the tools of email, mail, and phone (which most often means leaving a voicemail message - which is seldom returned). None of these communication methods allow the donor to see and hear my passion for the work we do as the American Red Cross or enable me to convey the urgency of our mission. Video messaging does let me do this. I admit I am not the best "techie" when it comes to this stuff, but with BombBomb, I don't have to be.
