Everyone should be using BombBomb

I've been using BB for a few years now and I love it. It is so easy to use - pretty much plug-and-play - that it's hard to do it wrong. I don't usually record using BB live; rather, I record a video externally and then upload it. My favourite thing is the dynamic integration in email; the thumbnail view is fantastic, and I always get a lot of hits on my videos. The 1-2 times I've had support issues, their team is THE BEST. They investigated my issue right away, and most recently, by reaching out to support, I learned they had a video trimming feature that cut a step out of my original workflow and simplified my life further. Also love that they use their own tool internally, sending me quick videos to share feedback and touch base.
