As a recruiter, I've found BombBomb to be an incredibly helpful tool for communicating with candidates about job opportunities on LinkedIn. Since using the platform to send personalized video messages, I've noticed a significant increase in the number of candidates who respond to my messages. In fact, I've received feedback from several candidates who say that seeing a video message versus just receiving a text message makes them more confident in responding. What do you dislike about BombBomb? While there aren't many bad things to say about BombBomb, I've found that the tool is not quite optimized for sending massive, generic messages. I often need to send out a large volume of messages to potential candidates, and while BombBomb is great for tracking individual messages, I wish there was a feature to track messages at a larger scale. There are times when I wish there were more editing features like the ability to add cool titles or to quickly extract clips from one video and insert it into another...but I can appreciate why BombBomb doesn't focus on these features.
