The integration with QuickBooks is seamless, setup is almost instant, and the customizable features—especially the reminder system and risk classification—have been game-changers for our clients. The customer service is truly exceptional; I always feel taken care of, whether it's from the sales team or tech support. The consistent updates and clear communication about new features like surcharging have also been fantastic.

I love Bill360 because it saves me hours every month by handling billing and payments of customers. I love that I can send multiple invoices at once, and I can send open invoice reports directly from Bill360. This feature saves me a lot of time and negates the need to manually run credit cards for 75-100 customers each month. The open invoice report is super handy because I don't have to run it in QuickBooks and email it from there. Also, setting up Bill360 was pretty easy since the experts basically installed it for me. But the best part about Bill360 is the excellent support I receive whenever I have a question or issue, even if it's a problem with the other software I synchronize.
