
I love Bill360 because it saves me hours every month by handling billing and payments of customers. I love that I can send multiple invoices at once, and I can send open invoice reports directly from Bill360. This feature saves me a lot of time and negates the need to manually run credit cards for 75-100 customers each month. The open invoice report is super handy because I don't have to run it in QuickBooks and email it from there. Also, setting up Bill360 was pretty easy since the experts basically installed it for me. But the best part about Bill360 is the excellent support I receive whenever I have a question or issue, even if it's a problem with the other software I synchronize. I would like to have the ability to do a 'mass email' to my customers. For example, I had a price increase this month and had to put the details in the previous email, from December. I'd like to be able to send out emails like that from Bill360 because I can't do it from QuickBooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
