Betterworks is helping to solve are primarily centered on transforming traditional, fragmented HR processes into a modern, strategic, and continuous system, which in turn offers several benefits for the organization. Betterworks is solving:

- Fragmented Data and Manual Processes: ATB was facing a challenge with fragmented data and manual processes that hindered strategic HR. Betterworks is helping to automate manual data entry and integrate different systems.

- Traditional Performance Management: Our organization recognized the limitations of our traditional, annual performance review process. The old system was inconsistent across the organization, and described as an "annual chore with low/inconsistent adoption".

Some of the buttons/features can be confusing to employees. This leads us to overcommunicating what certain buttons/functions do and what they should expect. Over time, once the system is more familiar, I expect this will be less of a challenge. It would be nice to have "guides" as part of our package, versus having to pay for every single one. What Betterworks really solves for us is the feeling of being in the dark about how people are actually doing. Instead of waiting for end-of-quarter surprises or hearing about issues too late, the platform gives us real-time insight into progress and challenges. That means we're not just reacting after the fact, we can support teams when they need it, celebrate wins as they happen, and help keep momentum going. It makes my job less stressful and the whole process feel more connected and human. It also allows me to showcase my progress in a way that is trackable and visible. It's made me more relaxed to switching gears on goal, and also has made me more comfortable to celebrate my progress - I love reading my previous goals and seeing how I have grown!
