Betterworks provides a place to manage my goals, plus all performance reviews. It's vital that I have access to historical data on both goals and reviews from previous periods. This makes preparation and reflection much easier and valuable.

I use Betterworks for one-on-one sessions with my manager and find it helpful to have all our discussion topics in one place. What I like best is the freedom to just add one topic after another without having to start a new form. It makes it very easy to just continue adding the next topic and the next.
