What I like best about Betterworks is how clearly it connects individual goals to broader company objectives. The platform makes goal-setting, check-ins, and performance tracking simple and transparent, which helps drive alignment, accountability, and meaningful conversations between managers and employees. The best part is it is easy to implement and integrate with existing system and has a great customer support team.

We like its ability to customized headings, emails and performance templates for our Feedback & Growth Check-In conversations. It is also user friendly, bilingual (English and French) and the set-up of workflow, etc. can be done by an administrator in HR without involving IT. In addition, Betterworks' help Centre documents/videos and support are outstanding. The implementation was a breeze with the one-on-one dedicated help of a Betterworks Architect. Also, the variety of modules to select covered all of our needs.
