**What do you like best about HighMatch?**

I like that HighMatch is customizable and tailored to our use case. It's fairly straightforward, and the results and metrics they display are easy to interpret and understand. It's also vetted to ensure there's no intrinsic or implicit biases. I appreciate the visuals on a candidate, and the feedback report on each candidate is really important, as it gives us good insight into a candidate, identifying areas we can explore further in interviews. It provides keen insights into candidates that might not be discerned during a normal interview.

**What do you like best about HighMatch?**

My team at HighMatch is what has made this process so enjoyable. They took the time to understand my organization's needs and our business model in order to create assessments that fit our hiring environment and needs.

**What do you dislike about HighMatch?**

Right now, there’s no integration with our ATS, Greenhouse. It would be amazing if we could view the candidate’s assessment report directly within their profile in the ATS.

**What problems is HighMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us clearly identify the personality traits and motivators that matter most when hiring early talent for sales roles. As a result, these new hires have performed better within their first 15 months, and it has also supported improved retention across our sales departments.

**What do you like best about HighMatch?**

I like that the HighMatch assessment is customized to the behavioral and cognitive traits most relevant to the role that we are hiring for. The HighMatch team did a great job walking us through that process and continue to work with us on a regular basis to assess our hiring results and help us ensure the employees we are hiring are performing. The assessment is easy to deliver to candidates, assessment reporting and results are easy to review by recruiters and hiring managers. The customer service level is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about HighMatch?**

Very little. Minor, but the assessments are best viewed digitally. The print version formatting could better (for those managers that still like print!).

**What problems is HighMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighMatch is helping us be much more selective on hiring decisions on frontline customer service and sales teams. Coupled with several other initiatives (compensation, reporting, manager coaching) we are seeing improved sales performance from our sales teams.

**What do you like best about HighMatch?**

I love how we meet to discuss the roles and what we are looking for in a great hire.  Rob always asks probing questions to truly get a full picture of what we are needing.

**What do you dislike about HighMatch?**

I use the interview questions that are suggested for our candidates, particularly the ones that apply to the categories that the candidate score below the ideal range on.  I wish these were a bit more personalized to their responses.  They seem repetitive at times.

**What problems is HighMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partnering with the HighMatch team has transformed our hiring process. Not only have they helped us better articulate what we are truly looking for in a candidate, but the Job Fit Questionnaire has dramatically reduced the time we previously spent reviewing ineligible applicants. The assessments also provide specific feedback that allows us to conduct more focused and meaningful interviews.

I love how HighMatch easily integrated into our applicant tracking system, making it a breeze to send assessments and read the final reports. Its ease of use allows me to focus on other HR initiatives, and I also love meeting monthly to review data and see if any changes are needed to the assessment. The initial setup was very easy, and I find it valuable for making more informed hiring decisions and developing our current staff.

I love the High Match is catered to and created for our company. We opted to create our own test based on our core values and it's been incredibly helpful for hiring and onboarding new employees.

HighMatch is helping us measure applicants personalities and skills compared to our current employees which allows us to see where they'd fit in with CK Supply. We also have a test measuring current employees performance, which has been helpful.

They were easy to work with, responsive to our needs, and timely in getting back to us. They explained the system’s capabilities very clearly and helped develop an assessment that fit the needs of the organization.

They could do a better job explaining the assessment validation process in more detail. We ran into an extra step that involved time-consuming testing for the pre-assessment, and it almost pushed us past our timeline for completion. They also didn’t work with us to revise the schedule in a way that would help us meet our timeline.

I find the customer service to be the best part of HighMatch; they're always super responsive and great to work with. They help us customize things to our needs, which is fantastic. Additionally, the quality of the product is very good and reliable.

Sometimes we need to redo the way we're assessing the candidates because maybe sometimes candidates don't take the assessment seriously, so the results are off.

From the moment we implemented the Berke Talent Assessment Survey, the accuracy and depth of insights have been nothing short of remarkable. The program’s sophisticated algorithms and comprehensive data analysis provide a detailed understanding of each employee's strengths, areas for development, and potential career paths. The actual survey is like none other we've ever seen. Participants always comment on it's uniqueness and once we show them their results, how accurate the results are. This level of precision has enabled us to make more informed and strategic decisions regarding talent management.

One of the standout features of this program is its user-friendly interface. Both employees and managers have found it incredibly easy to navigate. The survey design is intuitive, with clear instructions and an engaging format that encourages honest and thoughtful responses.

The Berke Talent Assessment Survey doesn’t just collect data; it transforms it into actionable feedback. The detailed reports and dashboards are a game-changer. They highlight key competencies and provide tailored followup questions for each individual.

The personality assessment was spot on. It really allowed for us to see what they were like and if they would fit in our company culture. When we followed the questions to ask it allowed for us to get more in-depth perspective of who they really are and whether or not they were honest with themselves when taking the exam. 

**What do you dislike about HighMatch?**

The test itself, when taken seriously, can be a bit mentally draining. I took it and scored relatively high on it (94-98 percentile) on our different assessments and it made us wonder if we were being correct in the type of individual for the role and that we perhaps needed to reevaluate the role and type of person for it. That's the one part I would have liked a bit more assistance on from the Berke team on ensuring that were thinking of the position thoroughly. Another issue that I encountered for individuals is that if they were distracted, taking this test at home with possible distractions that would not score well.

Reducing the amount of turnover by finding the right person sooner than later. The downside to it is that we are finding out that a lot of candidates are under qualified or ranked low and we took a chance on someone that was ranked low and has been doing quite well. What we've realized is that although someone may not have the best resume that they may be a better fit when we followed the questions to ask guidelines.

If you need to find a program that will truly allow you to see who your candidates are, this is the program from you. My self, my director team, and some key staff members have completed the Basic Assessment, and it is amazing to see how spot on it is with each personality. 
This is a top notch program and will allow you to see who you are bringing in, how they react in certain situations, etc. The spotlight interview guide is INCREDIBLE. It gives you questions to ask each candidate based on how they scored on the different attributes, and allows you as the interviewer to see how they will act behaviorally in certain situations.

We like that Berke assessments are not in the traditional format!  They delve into a person's true personality and are very accurate and eye-opening.  They also get the candidate thinking about themselves in a new way that they have never thought about before.  As employers, we also like that we are provided interview tools that are tailored specifically to the candidate, and not the cookie cutter "behavioural interview" questions that most HR professionals use.  We also love and find very helpful that fact that you can put any candidate that has taken a specific assessment against any other job profile that has been created, and get a very accurate result of how they would be in another position.

**What do you dislike about HighMatch?**

Honestly, there isn't anything that I can think of that I dislike.  All the consultants are very good to deal with, very helpful, and insightful when we are creating our job specific assessments.

Berke assessments are the leading edge, in my opinion, in aptitude assessments!  They are suitable for every level of candidate from C-suite to labourer and everything in between. If you are debating whether or not to use Berke, I recommend trying a test assessment. The accuracy of the test will surprise you, because there is simply no product around that is like it. The price is way below what the market is for assessments, and I am not even sure if any other company offers instant results. Most companies require days or even weeks to send you results.

We are solving new ways to explore applicants by being able to target potential strengths and weaknesses right off of the bat. The assessments let us skip way ahead in the interview process. For us, it's the equivalent of 2-3 interviews that we accomplish by sending an email. My process now involves a phone-screen that leads into the assessment, followed by an on-site job shadow, followed by an offer. We're doing much more in the interview process because we can trust that Berke is discovering traits that we might not have discovered through our own interviews. Our turnover went from the high 20% range to about 10%, and we're really enjoying the quality of our new hires.

**What do you dislike about HighMatch?**

I'm sad that I didn't start working with Berke a decade ago. My only really quibble is that they can't yet fully integrate with our company's ATS (we're with BambooHR). 

**Recommendations to others considering HighMatch:**

If you're not sure, have a few people around the office take the assessment and show their results to spouses & friends. The results are shockingly (almost painfully) accurate for the small time investment. The cost is absolutely reasonable for any company doing even a moderate amount of annual hiring.

Interviewing hundreds of candidates is daunting as a smaller company. It's just me running all of our recruiting and hiring efforts. Berke saves me a tremendous amount of time and lets me focus on making final decisions based on a lot of data, rather than going with my gut because I'm pressed for time. It adds another layer of data to our decision making process and provides questions to consider when interviewing each candidate. Each candidate (and our team) feels that the summary accurately describes them. This is a useful tool for our team leaders after the hire to know how to work best with each team member. We also like that you can send as many assessments as you like and pay a quarterly flat rate. This allows us to gather as much data as we need in order to make the best hiring decisions.

The ease of gaining insight into a candidate.

I'm not sure how relevant some of the questions were.  Sometimes it wasn't intuitive.

If i'm on the fence between two candidates, this helps me decide.

**What do you like best about HighMatch?**

The assessments, customized with our requirements are extremely accurate, to our experience, in projecting success.  I also like the suggested discussion topics that come with each completed assessment.

**What do you dislike about HighMatch?**

Some candidates feel like it takes to long to complete, but I do not agree.  A committed candidate is willing to spend the time.

**Recommendations to others considering HighMatch:**

Customize the assessments using your various job descriptions to make it the most accurate.

**What problems is HighMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving a concern on comparing candidates apples to apples.  We have benefited by adding an important step to our onboarding process.

**What do you like best about HighMatch?**

I like the job fit report. It gives you a great overview dashboard snapshot of the personality and abilities of the candidate.

**What do you dislike about HighMatch?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about their product. It is very clear and the interview notes are a great help. 

**What problems is HighMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to pre-screen job candidates that we may have to incur travel costs to interview. Berke allow me to do a true screening before incurring those costs. We are a small company and the price is very reasonable.

**What do you like best about HighMatch?**

We love the ability to customize the assessment specifically to our roles - the flexibility of the program is outstanding.  

**What do you dislike about HighMatch?**

The test itself is a little long, sometimes taking as much as an hour for a candidate to complete.  That said, the accuracy of the test is unparalleled.  

**What problems is HighMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've made far better decisions during the hiring process.  Our retention has improved and we've built solid bench strength across our organization.
