You're not bouncing from tab to tab, running complicated SFDC reports, copying & pasting phone numbers, etc. It consolidates everything you need into a single window...this includes account history, notes, contacts, market intelligence, reference customers and more. I also love the fact that I can set tasks for myself directly in Athean. The amount of time this platform saves me each day is very significant. **What do you dislike about Athean?** The only thing I dislike is getting logged out every now and then, and having to send a new login link to my email. Not a huge deal. **What problems is Athean solving and how is that benefiting you?** Athean solves the problem of using multiple tools while prospecting. It allows me to prospect more efficiently and effectively which in turn allows me to focus more on deal progression. ### 2. A top notch tool that is continuously improving... If I do need to go to another site, I can just click a button and it takes me there. I really do think the UI really puts Athean ahead of the game and the continuous updates to it every couple weeks is something I look forward to whenever I hear of a new feature dropping. The little things about them is something I take notice of! **What do you dislike about Athean?** I don't think it's a bad thing, but having to adjust with Athean because it is still new and being worked on continuously. I've worked for many of the tech titans (Cisco, HP, Xerox) and have never been provided a sales CRM tool as intuitive and effective as Athean. My current company uses Salesforce which while incredibly comprehensive in the data it can store, is incredibly cumbersome when trying to prospect. Enter Athean which sits as a layer on top of our Salesforce data and presents me with a single screen of everything I need to know prior to placing a cold call. Athean leans heavily into AI to provide the quickest path the correct prospect. It gives you an incredible detailed history of any interaction with any of the prospects at that account. It allows you to create custom lists to call from and automates email campaigns, as well as follow ups. One of my favorite features is the account reference mapping. Every time I load into a new account to prospect I am given a map of accounts that use my companies products in proximity to the prospect I am calling. Then immediately upon the prospect answering the phone I can quickly establish credibility by referencing that we work with A, B and C. It even gives me the primary contact and which of my companies products those reference accounts are using. Lastly, Athean seems to listen very closely to their user base and takes in feedback on UI enhancements and feature reqeusts and releases those frequently enough so that the tool never feels old or outdated. I'm super grateful that my company uses Athean. I can't even comprehend going back to the way I used to prospect. **What do you dislike about Athean?** Sometimes Athean innovates so quickly that a favorite feature of mine is now in another area. That usually means that the overall UI experience got better, so not a huge compliant, just learning the new interface. **What problems is Athean solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increasing my efficiency in prospecting 10x+ ### 4. We have struggled continuously to get reps to adopt Outreach but has struggled due to its higher complexity. Athean’s biggest pro is how powerful yet simple it is, and that’s led to adoption and thus results. **What do you dislike about Athean?** I’m waiting for a few more capabilities that allow me to more easily control messaging, sequence structure, and manager reporting centrally. My favorite thing has to be the market intelligence which gives you all the relevant news articles and updates regarding the account. **What do you dislike about Athean?** It would be nice to have more to remove certain accounts in the discover feature **What problems is Athean solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it very easy to operate a prospecting sales motion without multiple tabs to find prospect information and relevant recent events and notes.
