
Athean, is truly a game changer and has made me immensely more productive in my cold outreach. I've worked for many of the tech titans (Cisco, HP, Xerox) and have never been provided a sales CRM tool as intuitive and effective as Athean. My current company uses Salesforce which while incredibly comprehensive in the data it can store, is incredibly cumbersome when trying to prospect. Enter Athean which sits as a layer on top of our Salesforce data and presents me with a single screen of everything I need to know prior to placing a cold call. Athean leans heavily into AI to provide the quickest path the correct prospect. It gives you an incredible detailed history of any interaction with any of the prospects at that account. It allows you to create custom lists to call from and automates email campaigns, as well as follow ups.
One of my favorite features is the account reference mapping. Every time I load into a new account to prospect I am given a map of accounts that use my companies products in proximity to the prospect I am calling. Then immediately upon the prospect answering the phone I can quickly establish credibility by referencing that we work with A, B and C. It even gives me the primary contact and which of my companies products those reference accounts are using.
Lastly, Athean seems to listen very closely to their user base and takes in feedback on UI enhancements and feature reqeusts and releases those frequently enough so that the tool never feels old or outdated.
