Leverages LLMs beautifully to let marketers and sales reps create bespoke collateral tailored exactly to their individual buyer. Also great for new customer onboarding, which is the primary way we are using it at Textla. Super easy to get up and running; rapidly becoming something we're using daily in our sales process. **What do you dislike about AssetMule?** AssetMule is great - nothing to dislike at the moment. **What problems is AssetMule solving and how is that benefiting you?** We pride Textla on providing a world-class support and onboarding experience for our customers. AssetMule has made it easy for us to leave an indelible mark on our users when they sign up by letting us create custom pages for them speaking to their exact use case. ### 2. With AssetMule we've got the ability to create traceable templates that can be personalized and reused. The platform makes it easy to keep them on brand and incorporate predefined snippets into them. When you get that first email saying that someone's viewed your link it gives you a lot more confidence in what you're sending out. Compared to attaching a static PDF of a deck or whatever, it just feels like a more natural way to share a bunch of info with a prospect after a sales call. **What do you dislike about AssetMule?** It can take a little bit of time to wrap your head around the concept of a template vs. an asset. But you can see how they're iterating on these concepts quickly and the team is all over any feedback we have for them. **What problems is AssetMule solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're making it much easier for us to send out interactive sales assets following sales calls. It gives me a lot of comfort/confidence that the assets are helpful to our prospects and it helps us do more informed follow-up with people knowing whether they've considered what's been sent to them. ### 3. It didn't take long to get set up with great looking, branded assets and it's particularly great to be able to set up 'approved' messaging snippets we can copy/paste across them. **What do you dislike about AssetMule?** Nothing much, any issues we've had have been quickly resolved by the team.
