What do you like best about Cuvama?

Cuvama has significantly deepened my understanding of my accounts—their context, strategies, and objectives—by capturing relevant information and structuring it in a way that enables me to craft a clear, compelling value proposition tailored to each of them. As a result, I can focus on execution rather than spending time gathering and organizing data.

What do you dislike about Cuvama?

I’ve taken time to reflect in order to identify meaningful areas for improvement, especially given how powerful Cuvama is and the substantial value it already delivers.

One area for enhancement relates to the two solutions I currently use: the ROI calculator— which is highly impactful— and the intelligence capture module. At the moment, these tools are not fully integrated. Bringing them together into a seamless, unified experience would provide a true 360-degree view of each account, combining strategic insight with quantified business impact.

Additionally, while Cuvama provides a wealth of information—which is a real strength—it could be valuable to develop a more executive-focused version. "Intuitive UX, Perfect for Sales Enablement"
What do you like best about Cuvama?

I really like that the UX and interface of Cuvama are very user-friendly. It's super easy to adjust the inputs, which powers the ROI results, so you can customise it from your assumptions to the prospect's actual inputs. The interface intuitively flows from start to finish, top to bottom, and left to right, which is just perfect. What do you dislike about Cuvama?

A problem with almost all SaaS, and especially in Sales SaaS is the requirement to work in various tools and platforms. Cuvama can launch from the CRM (such as Salesforce) but it used to feel more natural for me to launch Cuvama outside of the sales process rather than during it. The implementation process was quick, and the Cuvama team took a partnership approach throughout. We had open discussions and received transparent feedback on how our objectives could be achieved. What do you like best about Cuvama?

I really like the flexibility on localization that Cuvama offers. Unlike many products that have a rigid structure, Cuvama allows us to fully tailor the experience for our Japanese customers. It's great that we can make sure the interface feels natural for a Japanese audience and adapt the logic and phrasing to match local business etiquette and specific market needs. The best part about Cuvama is the transformative partnership with a truly agile, innovative, and responsive team. What do you dislike about Cuvama?

There's very little to dislike about Cuvama. If I had to point out anything, there was a minor learning curve during initial adoption, but the team's exceptional support and the platform's continuous updates made those issues short-lived. A few extra design customisation options and additional analytics reports would be a nice bonus, but the core functionality is incredibly solid and consistently improving. What do you like best about Cuvama?

Brilliant tool and really helpful when building value for my clients when looking towards different costing models.

Really easy to use and genuinely interactive with clients, I can see when they're in the platform, jump in to make edits together, and export stuff in different PowerPoint templates, which saves loads of time when pulling together business cases.

It saves me from wasting time on calculations and cost-saving breakdowns, it just does it all for me. Absolute time saver.

What do you dislike about Cuvama?

It rounds numbers up, which can be deceiving.

I don’t use it for every company I speak with as some of my prospects have different priorities that aren’t all focused on revenue.

What do you like best about Cuvama?

How it creates a programmatic way for me and my company to approach discovery in an outcome-based methodology. I love how you're able to give your buyers access to an interactive ROI, and see who goes in and what they changed! The fact that they can adjust the ROI gives the buyer/champion skin in the game, and an enhanced ability to understand the ROI, which leads to a higher level of belief and commitment to the solution we are selling them.

What do you like best about Cuvama?

Cuvama facilitates value discovery / uncovering of pain. With the approach we take, our prospects often are able to identify pains that they had not considered, which lead to a more powerful business case. The approach we take to quantifying value is one that enables the prospect to claim ownership in the process - so it isn't MY numbers that they use, but their own - which goes a lot further to build a business case internally to gain support for an investment. My only "dislikes" are items that are on the current roadmap - mainly around being able to tie to post-sales / customer value journey post-go live.
