**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

The gathering and collating of data that we typically get from multiple sources (and sometimes miss some important information) is all taken care of with Cuvama in a logical and easy to consume format.
The team at Cuvama are amazing, so responsive and every customer is made to feel as they are the only customer.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

This isn’t so much about Cuvama itself, but more about my organization’s integration from our Salesforce instance, which can feel a bit clunky at times. I’m admittedly nitpicking, because the login process is a small inconvenience compared with what I get out of Cuvama overall.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I’m generating initial business cases for customers who are hesitant to share their data, this helps me show how we can support them with real, tangible examples that feel close to reality, based on the intelligence behind Cuvama. It’s also fantastic for mapping potential use cases for our software a7nd products back to the customer’s stated problems, issues, initiatives, and strategies, so the conversation stays grounded in what they actually need.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

As a New Business AE, Cuvama helped me do research on Accounts, Executives and the companies' priorities in minutes, not hours. 

Now I can come into a Discovery call more prepared. The embedded Gen AI capability is amazing. I liked the Account Plan Powerpoint deck and Ask Cuvama.

It helps me save time and be more prepared in front of any customer, in any industry. 

It even cited the sources of the information, so that I can validate the information sources and avoid halucinations

The business case is still a black box for me. It depends on the input information that the model rely in

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AEs are expected to be familiar about the industry & the customers' priorities before the discovery calls. That's impossible given the number of accounts they are handling. Cuvama makes it possible

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

I really appreciate the interface and the flexibility of Cuvama. It allows me to look at various additional papers like emails or other collateral, such as annual reports, that I already have. This ability to supplement the insight generation process is something I really enjoy. The onboarding process was also very straightforward; I provided my requirements, and the team built the interface for us.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

I would say, every feature needs to be built, like, individually. So for example, the outside end tool is very separate from the business case tool. If I were to extend that to, for example, other products, right, like, for example, doing, for example, a very specific TCO SaaS calculator. Would have to be built separately.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cuvama helps with time to market and quick insights, supporting our sales motion by generating valuable business cases and benchmarks for clients, addressing their urgent needs in tight deal situations.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

Cuvama is highly valuable because it saves significant time for both me and the broader team I collaborate with. It consolidates relevant intelligence on target customers and prospects into one place, drawing on credible sources and integrating data from third-party systems we already use. This enables more focused, informed, and efficient engagement in significantly less time.

When there is something I need or flag, the team is great at solving it and providing immediate context.

Using this tool on every opportunity.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

There isn’t anything I particularly dislike. However, as the insights are generated by an LLM, it remains important to validate the information—especially around numbers, challenges and recent news—to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness before using it in client discussions.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cuvama addresses a key scalability challenge across the Sales organization: enabling us to have more valuable conversations with more prospects and customers across multiple markets. It consolidates information that would typically take hours to compile into a single, structured view in minutes—dramatically improving productivity and preparedness.

Additionally, it provides a C-level–ready articulation of business value from digital transformation initiatives. It clearly outlines the client’s priority challenges, quantifies their importance, and calculates expected business impact, including payback period and ROI. The output is fully editable and can be shared directly with customers and prospects to enable collaborative refinement.

As a result, we build trust and credibility significantly faster, using insights that previously required substantial manual effort to produce.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

Cuvama is a very intuitive and user-friendly tool, I use almost daily. Cuvama takes the guess work out of knowing what a prospects technical, fiscal, and operational challenges are. The platform allows us to have more meaningful and conversational discussions, which in turn builds stronger relationships. Every sales executive wants more time to focus on presenting value while being more efficient on their daily activities. Cuvama delivers this!

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

There is a bit of a learning curve to using the value discovery tool. I'm sure this is because of the customization factors when building out ROI scenarios. It does take a little bit of patience in the beginning, though well worth it.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cuvama is assisting us in locating challenges in the financial sector pertaining to customer growth, fragmented collection efforts, and manual loan origination processes. The benefit is illustrating how our solutions can increase market share, STP's, and application conversion rates.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

Cuvama has significantly deepened my understanding of my accounts—their context, strategies, and objectives—by capturing relevant information and structuring it in a way that enables me to craft a clear, compelling value proposition tailored to each of them. As a result, I can focus on execution rather than spending time gathering and organizing data.

I highly recommend this solution. It has saved me a tremendous amount of time in preparing for calls, mapping stakeholders, and building a more strategic approach to account engagement.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

I’ve taken time to reflect in order to identify meaningful areas for improvement, especially given how powerful Cuvama is and the substantial value it already delivers.

One area for enhancement relates to the two solutions I currently use: the ROI calculator— which is highly impactful— and the intelligence capture module. At the moment, these tools are not fully integrated. Bringing them together into a seamless, unified experience would provide a true 360-degree view of each account, combining strategic insight with quantified business impact.

Additionally, while Cuvama provides a wealth of information—which is a real strength—it could be valuable to develop a more executive-focused version. A streamlined, decision-oriented presentation layer designed specifically for strategic leadership would further elevate the platform’s impact.

The main challenge Cuvama has solved for me is the research, consolidation, and presentation of relevant information. It eliminates the friction of gathering and structuring data, allowing me to focus on high-value activities. The time savings alone have been significant.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

I really like that the UX and interface of Cuvama are very user-friendly. It's super easy to adjust the inputs, which powers the ROI results, so you can customise it from your assumptions to the prospect's actual inputs. The interface intuitively flows from start to finish, top to bottom, and left to right, which is just perfect. Also, the initial setup for leadership is fairly easy, and for day-to-day users in a sales team, the setup requirement is almost zero, making it super easy.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

A problem with almost all SaaS, and especially in Sales SaaS is the requirement to work in various tools and platforms. Cuvama can launch from the CRM (such as Salesforce) but it used to feel more natural for me to launch Cuvama outside of the sales process rather than during it. I believe a browser extension could provide a lot of value as I find it more natural to launch an application from an extension.

Cuvama helps quantify prospect issues and solutions in a shareable document. Its user-friendly UX allows easy customisation of ROI inputs. Setup for sales teams is almost effortless.

The system is easy to use with a straightforward UI.  The detail of the insights that it provides and how it aligns to the product you are selling eliminates hours of searching, reviewing and analyzing.  What used to take me several hours to do for call/prospect prep can be done in less than 10 minutes.  Also, the fact that it integrates into our CRM and pulls opportunity or case study information is extremely valuable.

The report is very detailed, but having a 1-page summary would be very helpful when time is not available.

It is eliminating hours or research for the salesperson and giving them more time to do deal review work, outbound calls/emails, etc..

What I like most about Cuvama is how quickly it provides structured insights on new prospects. It’s very easy to use, and the AI-generated talking points are especially helpful for preparing discovery calls. It saves time and gives a solid starting point for conversations.

At times, the findings can feel a bit generic or standard, even when I provide more detailed inputs. Additionally, some of the information doesn’t always seem fully up to date, which can require a bit of manual validation.

The implementation process was quick, and the Cuvama team took a partnership approach throughout. We had open discussions and received transparent feedback on how our objectives could be achieved. With the help of the Cuvama team, we were able to deliver discovery types in multiple languages, including French, Spanish, and Japanese.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

Setting up the various discovery types ourselves can be rather cumbersome, though it remains manageable. We would prefer a more WYSIWYG approach to modifying the configuration.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cuvama has helped us optimize our time, as we were already conducting value analysis for our prospects and customers, but our previous approach was inefficient. With Cuvama, we have significantly increased the number of analyses we can manage. Additionally, we have been able to grant access to the Sales team, which has allowed us to scale value selling across our organization.

I really like the flexibility on localization that Cuvama offers. Unlike many products that have a rigid structure, Cuvama allows us to fully tailor the experience for our Japanese customers. It's great that we can make sure the interface feels natural for a Japanese audience and adapt the logic and phrasing to match local business etiquette and specific market needs. The Cuvama support team is also very responsive and helps us quickly navigate the setup.

There is a slight learning curve when you are building out highly customized scenarios but Cuvama CSM was very responsive and helpful

The best part about Cuvama is the transformative partnership with a truly agile, innovative, and responsive team. They've created a platform that has completely changed how we build and present value propositions. It's a testament to their deep technical expertise and forward-thinking approach. Working with Saagar, Josh, and Tom is an absolute pleasure—they are total gems. Our relationship with the entire team, including MG, feels less like a vendor relationship and more like a collaboration between brother and sister companies, always pushing each other towards greatness.

There's very little to dislike about Cuvama. If I had to point out anything, there was a minor learning curve during initial adoption, but the team's exceptional support and the platform's continuous updates made those issues short-lived. A few extra design customisation options and additional analytics reports would be a nice bonus, but the core functionality is incredibly solid and consistently improving.

Cuvama is solving the problem of inconsistent and unclear value communication. The platform allows us to create dynamic, data-rich business cases that are both professional and compelling. **What do you like best about Cuvama?**

Brilliant tool and really helpful when building value for my clients when looking towards different costing models. 

Really easy to use and genuinely interactive with clients, I can see when they're in the platform, jump in to make edits together, and export stuff in different PowerPoint templates, which saves loads of time when pulling together business cases. 

It saves me from wasting time on calculations and cost-saving breakdowns, it just does it all for me. Absolute time saver.

One quick training session with our CS manager Josh Wylie and I was good to go; onboarding was speedy, and the walkthrough set me up perfectly to crack on straight away.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

It rounds numbers up, which can be deceiving.  

I don’t use it for every company I speak with as some of my prospects have different priorities that aren’t all focused on revenue. 

Nonetheless where I do use it, clients really take to it, and it makes a big difference when I’m building business cases / showing what we bring to the table.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cuvama helps you save time and work smarter by doing the hard parts for you. It makes client collaboration easy and interactive, letting you see when clients are editing and letting you export polished business cases quickly in PowerPoint templates. This means I don’t waste time on calculations or formatting, it handles for it me. It supports when I'm building business cases and clearly showing the value we bring, which my clients appreciate. 

Plus, the quick onboarding means you can get started and use it effectively with minimal fuss. Overall, it’s a real time saver and helps you demonstrate value in a way that connects with your clients naturally.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

How it creates a programmatic way for me and my company to approach discovery in an outcome-based methodology. I love how you're able to give your buyers access to an interactive ROI, and see who goes in and what they changed! The fact that they can adjust the ROI gives the buyer/champion skin in the game, and an enhanced ability to understand the ROI, which leads to a higher level of belief and commitment to the solution we are selling them. 

It's also easy to use and the Cuvama team has been great to work with, open to suggestions, and  quick to make changes when we need them!

Implementing is a bit complex but the end result is worth it. Also, their hands on approach to guide you through it as experts in a plus!

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

Cuvama facilitates value discovery / uncovering of pain.  With the approach we take, our prospects often are able to identify pains that they had not considered, which lead to a more powerful business case.    The approach we take to quantifying value is one that enables the prospect to claim ownership in the process - so it isn't MY numbers that they use, but their own - which goes a lot further to build a business case internally to gain support for an investment.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

My only "dislikes" are items that are on the current roadmap - mainly around being able to tie to post-sales / customer value journey post-go live.  But in conversations with Cuvama, they understand this area as well and are working to address this need to continue to measure value post sale.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to guide discovery, quantifying the cost of inaction, and build a value story with a solid ROI buildup.  It is helping us to differentiate ourselves from competition, and changing the conversation with prospects to focus on the value of solving their problems rather than just competing on price.

Shortens my time to present actual ROI calculations to CFO's and decisionmakers.
Can be modified to do calculations rapidly depending on requirements.
Helps uncover pain points by asking the right questions.
Support team helps right away when required.

Calculations sometimes can be way off. It takes a bit long to refine what works and what doesn't.
Some report formatting is clunky, but getting better.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sell fulfllment software. Therefore, if the prospect is doing X and we solve / improve it by doing Y, we can more or less quantify savings & efficiencies with simple calculations.
There are dozens of processes in a DC/Warehouse that can be addressed and each prospect is unique.
Most of these are already in Cuvama and can be easily adjusted to reflect $ savings across 1 to 3 years, or any time span you require. 
Once proposals for our fulfillment software sit with decision-makers, we have actual ROI's to present and push forward.
We went from doing this manually to a very standardized, consistent process.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

Cuvama is easy to use, whether you are an experienced seller at our company or a new hire, who is still learning our platform capabilities and value-drivers.

The workflow in Cuvama enables our sellers to tell a complete picture around value and ROI that is 100% aligned with our customers' needs and expectations. 

Most importantly, our prospects and customers love it.

Finally, the support we get from the Cuvama team is enormously valuable in helping to drive adoption and best practices.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

My overall experience with Cuvama has been highly positive. We ran into a few minor challenges with integration, but the Cuvama team was very helpful in bridging those gaps and completing the integration. Now, it works beautifully.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our Sales team to communicate the value of our solutions in a consistent and credible way, so that our prospects are confident in the ROI and business case. 

Overall, this improves the buying journey for our customers (customer satisfaction), helps to shorten sales cycles, and improve win rates.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

Cuvama's Sales and Implementation teams are top notch. The Implementation teams has been extremely accommodating to customize their solution to handle our unique business challenges and outcomes. Their tool is designed to engage potential customers and build trust in the process. They have helped us develop a credible value story that works for multiple business units that each have unique workflows. It has been a pleasure having them partner with us and we are super excited to bring these new and differentiating capabilities to our sales reps and account managers. Honestly, we have been surprized and delighted at how quickly the development has been. Additionally, the implementation team has been able to handle a complex set of deal structures which our sales team and customers demand. I would highly recommend Cuvama from my experience.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

While the UI generally very clean and crisp, there are a few limitations on some of the visualizations of data and within PowerPoint outputs.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Historically, getting clients to share their data for analysis has been a challenge. Cuvama is helping accelerate the qualification stage of deals.  It does this by creating a natural workflow where a sales rep and client can co-create a value proposition. This results in greater alignment of assumptions and this makes clients more willing share their claims data with us, where we validate projected savings with greater precision and confidence.

Cuvama provides a great added value in our sales process. This helps us, and our prospects to understand the value that Jaggaer can provide.
The product is very strong but its capabitities are maximized with the support of the people behind. Layre Iniguez is always available to provide high level response to any need.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

It eliminates doing things from scratch, offers ranges and data you can pick from and later adjust, which is much easier than guessing or starting from zero.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

Pre-set options to choose from (which are also the best thing about Cuvama) but the downside is you need to make it more flexible and feed it good data and set good processes within your own organization to get the best out of using this tool, which I think is the case with any other tool.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is redirecting the focus of the conversation from features, to the value and creating the business case for the prospect. It is giving a very clear hard number, or hard savings, making it easier for the potential buyer to understand the positive impact the product would have on their business.

I love the fact that I can give my customers access to their value discovery so that they can fill in their organizations information and data, then make changes to the the data to see how this impacts the ROI outcome.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

I don't like how multiple versions of the same value discovery can be created upon sharing or saving the discovery.  This can make it confusing as to which discovery is the most up to date version when returning to the value discoveries after a period of time.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cuvama is helping me provide customers with a tailored value/ROI calculation for JAGGAER solutions that they are considering adding to their JAGGAER Solution stack.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

Our solutions span multiple ERPs and industries, with different functionalities and value points.  Cuvama has enabled us to create standard templates for our different solution sets, greatly reducing the time to get quotes/proposals out, and allowing us to supplement any given quote/proposal from the library of blocks we created for different situations.   We also like that changes can be made without the need to create a new document or link, and customer feedback on the ease of review and acceptance of these documents has been very positive.

We now can see who's viewing our documents, what pages may have had the most impact, and we're better able to promote prospects through the sales cycle.

Cuvama is key to solidifying which prospects are more likely to take projects seriously, and to move them through the sales cycle.  We are better able to measure and forecast success of our overall pipeline using Cuvama.

Sales Forecasting is certainly important and already had tools in place prior to implementing Cuvama.  Cuvama does support confidence levels as we progress prospects through the stages of our sales process, which has been a useful adjunct to our current forecasting process.

Implementation took some thought, but was greatly facilitated by the Cuvama team.  We have begun to more automatically/daily use the tool  and, other than the to-be-expected tweaking here and there, it has proven quite effective.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

So far, honestly, I have nothing negative to say about the solution.  Furtner, and in particular, the support - both during and post-implementation - has been superb.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We like the tool for the benefit of more tightly controlling/dictating the process we want to follow.  Cuvama is flexible enough to allow us to marry our process with that of the customer's.  It's a very collaborative tool, and we find customer get excited about being more activly part of the process and it helps them to highlight more specifically the pain and oucomes they have and desire.  

We can leverage the early work done in Cuvama throughout the sales cycle, referring back to agreed upon goals and metrics, as we jointly then prepare a focused presentation to key decision makers.  We also have found Cuvama to be a key differentiator for us in terms of how we handle our business and interact with client.  It's a very professional tool and, by nature, brings more credibiility to our oranization and sales process.

It is not that I dislike Cuvama.  I just think it is still a newer "slick" tool that still has alot of room to grow.  It reminds me of when Hubspot first hit the scene.  Similar look.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

The Cuvama software tool provides the needed technology to help our sales team uncover and present outcomes-based value for our pending clients.  Its full integration into Salesforce.com provides the metrics to evaluate our sales process.  I was most impressed with the discovery and implementation process that the experts at Cuavama guided us through.  Our Account Executives adopted and used the system right away, resulting in an immediate increase in deal velocity.

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

Although the response from their Customer Support team is outstanding, modifying the tool can be a bit difficult.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary business problem that Cuvama helped us solve was our deal velocity and close rate.  Many pending customers were challenged with seeing and documenting the value our solution provided.  Cuvama provides a clear path to value-based outcomes.

**What do you like best about Cuvama?**

The best things about Cuvama are:
1. They already have a large list of common challenges that my software solves for. On top of that, I can go in and personalize those challenges to the customer's challenges.
2. Based on my selections, I can generate a minimum, expected, and potential ROI.
3. All KPI's are mapped back to the challenges
4. It not only shows ROI, but it shows effeciency as well
5. I can share the Cuvama instance and let the prospect adjust numbers so they can "buy in" to the data produced

**What do you dislike about Cuvama?**

The only dislike at the moment is that I don't receive notifications when a prospect or an account opens the link I send them. But with that said, I do receive a notification if they make adjustments to the data.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cuvama allows me to create a detailed and personalized ROI for a propect that evaluated my solution. Additionally, it clearly states the automation and effeciency benefits they will also receive.

The speed at which you can collaborate with your prospect on the value of your solution and translate that into a professional value proposition and ROI.

Output formats for executive readouts were not exactly what I wanted so I had to screenshot and paste for my decks, however, I was made aware that  you can create your own output formats for presentations.  Looking forward to trying this out.

**What problems is Cuvama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most prospects do not understand how to clearly layout the value of a proposed solution in a detailed manner.  It is time consuming for those that do.  Cuvama makes the process consistent and simple.  If you as a seller do not assist in this area you do not know exactly what is being communicated to other stakeholders.  Cuvama allows you to guide your buyer through the value hypothesis step by step, aligning value to each capabilty so they can see how it all adds up.  Maybe most importantly, going through it with them allows them to buy into the value themselves and into you as the consultant.  This gives the buyer confidence in the solution and allows them to clearly communicate it.

A very visual tool that allows sales teams to easily communicate outcomes to customers, with or without quantification. The process is sequential and logical, ensuring that teams think about all relevant customer outcomes.

In a future iteration I would like to see the setup simplified - currently, this is, IMO, complicated. That said, for the most part, it's a one-time exercise that Cuvama themselves are very good at supporting.

Cuvama helps facilitate meaningful conversations with prospects early in the sales cycle. These conversations result in a concise understanding of the challenges a prospect is looking to solve with our software and exactly what improvements we can drive for them. All of this is wrapped up in a neat, UI-based, presentation that is easily transferrable to stakeholders at the prospect company and internal resources supporting the pursuit.
