What do you like best about Symbe?

Symbe makes it genuinely quick and easy to build clear, credible business cases that stand up to scrutiny. It’s flexible enough to adapt to each prospect, while still keeping the structure tight and focused on value. I also really like how collaborative it is to use with a customer champion- it helps shape a narrative they can confidently take internally, and keep the conversation value/outcome based over. It's also very simple to export business cases and works alongside our other systems easily. On top of that, the support from Sam has been outstanding. What do you like best about Symbe?

My mantra is "if your champion is not the economic buyer, then you need a business case." Symbe provides exactly that. It transforms the value conversation from something abstract into a concrete, visual reality that my prospects and customers can actually lean into.

The interface is very intuitive, making it easy for me to build out complex scenarios without the friction of a typical spreadsheet. I use it to present clear, undeniable business cases to both prospects and customers on the specific value HubSpot will bring to their business. It is clear, concise and the narrative it generates is incredibly easy to support. The collaborative features ensure I’m building the case with my prospects rather than just talking "at" them, which turns a standard sales pitch into a shared strategic project.

Beyond the tech, the level of support is unmatched. With the Symbe team, no question is too small or too stupid. They are ready to jump on a call or craft a custom slide the moment I need it. It honestly feels less like using a software vendor and more like having a team of value engineers in my back pocket.

What do you like best about Symbe?

Symbe has quickly become one of my favorite tools to use as a HubSpot rep. It’s played a direct role in helping me close deals by making it incredibly easy to build strong, compelling business cases with prospects.

One of the biggest strengths of Symbe is its very intuitive interface. Both our sales reps and our prospects can navigate it effortlessly, which means less time spent explaining the tool and more time uncovering value.

That ease of use has made a noticeable difference in the speed and quality of our sales conversations.

I also love Symbe’s collaborative features, which make it simple to work side-by-side with prospects as we build their business case for change. It creates a sense of partnership early in the sales process and ensures that the business case truly reflects the customer’s goals, challenges, and expected outcomes.

My clients have loved being armed with a Symbe business case, it has saved them much time and effort, helping aid them in conveying value when selling internally. The monetary-focused metrics, such as 'missed revenue per month' are clear and visual, something that couldn't be replicated. I have used ChatGPT and Gemini alongside call transcripts to create cases, and the time and effort is extensive in comparison, with results that are only text based with poor exports that are not visual and board room meeting ready, this is a game changer to drive operational efficiency and revenue!
