What do you like best about Symbe?

Symbe has been a genuinely game-changing addition to our sales toolkit.

What stands out most is how much it raises the standard of deal conversations. Instead of leaning on generic value messaging, Symbe enables you to tailor the business case to the customer’s own metrics and priorities, so the output feels truly bespoke rather than templated.

It's collaborative approach also means buyers, stakeholders, and internal teams can work together in one shared platform.

Since piloting Symbe, our team has seen a 67% close rate on deals where it was used and it’s been directly credited with influencing some of our largest and most complex wins.

I really like how Symbe is easy to use and how it delivers high-impact and interactive results. This really helps make my presentations flow better. What do you like best about Symbe?

Symbe makes it genuinely quick and easy to build clear, credible business cases that stand up to scrutiny. It’s flexible enough to adapt to each prospect, while still keeping the structure tight and focused on value. I also really like how collaborative it is to use with a customer champion- it helps shape a narrative they can confidently take internally, and keep the conversation value/outcome based over. It's also very simple to export business cases and works alongside our other systems easily. On top of that, the support from Sam has been outstanding. What do you like best about Symbe?

My mantra is "if your champion is not the economic buyer, then you need a business case." Symbe provides exactly that. It transforms the value conversation from something abstract into a concrete, visual reality that my prospects and customers can actually lean into.

The interface is very intuitive, making it easy for me to build out complex scenarios without the friction of a typical spreadsheet. I use it to present clear, undeniable business cases to both prospects and customers on the specific value HubSpot will bring to their business. It is clear, concise and the narrative it generates is incredibly easy to support. The collaborative features ensure I’m building the case with my prospects rather than just talking "at" them, which turns a standard sales pitch into a shared strategic project.

Beyond the tech, the level of support is unmatched. With the Symbe team, no question is too small or too stupid. They are ready to jump on a call or craft a custom slide the moment I need it. It honestly feels less like using a software vendor and more like having a team of value engineers in my back pocket.

What do you like best about Symbe?

Symbe has quickly become one of my favorite tools to use as a HubSpot rep. It’s played a direct role in helping me close deals by making it incredibly easy to build strong, compelling business cases with prospects.

One of the biggest strengths of Symbe is its very intuitive interface. Both our sales reps and our prospects can navigate it effortlessly, which means less time spent explaining the tool and more time uncovering value.

That ease of use has made a noticeable difference in the speed and quality of our sales conversations.

I also love Symbe’s collaborative features, which make it simple to work side-by-side with prospects as we build their business case for change. What do you like best about Symbe?

I really like that Symbe is simple and straightforward to use. The UX is really strong, making it easy to train new team members and share with customers how to input their data sources. I think the product is developing in a great way and bringing in useful AI agents that help speed up our work. I also like that the team is really friendly and always there to help us if we need it. The AI agents assist in summarizing business cases and pulling in data from the internet for more detail, which I find very helpful. Overall, the initial setup was great even for our small account, and we felt quite valued by the team. They are open to hearing any innovation ideas we might have, which I like because it allows for a more collaborative relationship with our vendors.
