What do you like best about ASAP Registration + Management Software?

ASAP is helpful only for the things that it is created to do explicitly. It is often helpful to be able to search by teacher, class, student, and invoice number separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASAP Registration + Management Software?

ASAP has more bugs than a rotten log and I would not recommend it to any institution who is looking for consistency and speed. At least once a day there is an issue with logging in or loading pages of the site. More than once during each of our registration periods (about every 3 months) the system will mess up an invoice in one way or another in so many different ways that to list them as examples would be pointless. During our busiest times of year ASAP is often completely down and will not allow us to register students for classes, therefore losing us money and creating unnecessarily frustrated customers. If ASAP were to work perfectly I would still not use it because of the confusing, roundabout interface that makes it difficult to navigate intuitively, and the slow response time of their customer service team. What do you like best about ASAP Registration + Management Software?

I am the Assistant Director of a community arts school housed on a college campus. We use the Classes and Private Lessons modules that ASAP offers. Going from an antiquated paper-registration system to this software, it's been almost all benefit and very little drawback! Our customers are thrilled that they no longer have to come in to register and fill out the same form each semester for years on end. My job is made so much easier, and I have downsized the filing cabinets in my office from three to one because this has cut down many pounds of unnecessary paperwork and files. I feel we run much more efficiently as an organization thanks to this system. In addition, the support team is really second to none, and they're so responsive. Anytime we've needed something that didn't exist (like a custom report, for example), they found a way to make it happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASAP Registration + Management Software?

Some of our teachers occasionally moan about the software and pine for "the old days," but that is mostly because we now ask them to do things they weren't required to do before, like take attendance in a way we in the office can access. My only frustrations with ASAP have been minor and dealt directly with the private lessons side of things, and even those were quickly resolved with the help of customer support (and with more experience with the software on my part).
