I love how AdminPlus gives us a comprehensive view of both our students and faculty. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and I love how easy it is to export data into reports. I haven't been using the system for a long time, but it seems that there is a discrepancy between a student's line schedule and block schedule; I've been advised it's more reliable to read a line schedule, but I like the block schedule display much more. I like the levels of customization it allows. It has a number of useful presets that can then be expaned or changed. The site has been very reliable throughout our time with them and the online version is very quick to complete tasks. Rediker also has some of the best support staff that I've ever worked with. The dashboard provides quick, easy access to daily attendance, live and historical grades, and billing information. All of this has improved communication between administrators and office staff. What I find most useful is how its functions are structured, how easily it organizes information, and how well it adapts to the client’s needs. The only issue I've noticed in my experience so far is that the synchronization between Adminplus and Finacs when adding a new student can sometimes be a little slow. Otherwise, the product works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about AdminPlus SIS is its comprehensive set of features that streamline school administration. The scheduling module, in particular, stands out for its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, which has saved our team countless hours each term. The ability to easily adjust and visualize schedules reduces errors and makes planning much more efficient.

The user interface is clean and straightforward, making navigation easy for both new and experienced users. I appreciate the customizable dashboards, which allow us to focus on the data most relevant to our roles. Integrations with other systems, such as our gradebook and parent communication platforms, have worked seamlessly and eliminated a lot of manual data entry.

Also, support and onboarding have been exceptional. Our trainer, Susan Emerson Reid, made the initial learning curve easy to manage and provided ongoing support whenever we had questions. There isn’t anything I actively dislike about AdminPlus SIS. Like any comprehensive system, there are areas that could be further enhanced as the software continues to evolve. Occasionally, I come across features that could be even more intuitive or streamlined, but the ongoing updates and responsive support team always address our needs. I like how user-friendly Admin Plus is. The program was relatively easy to learn, and customer service is excellent when you need help with an issue. It gives our school one place to keep all the information about our families and students, and it’s easy to access when we need it. Adding attachments in Notify used to be very difficult but someone in customer service showed me another way using an upload file and things are much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not everything is available in the new version so I must use the classic version to do some tasks. Grade based report cards are the main problem since it is far easier to do them in the old version with our templates. I really like the availability of Rediker support and their customer service. They were able to schedule a time with me within the same day I was having issues and took over the computer via Zoom to explain what my next steps were. We currently have a four by four schedule in our high school, and it can be challenging trying to schedule students in the first half of the year versus the second half of the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the flexibility and customization options with AdminPlus SIS. The schedule builder is fantastic and a huge time saver, especially in handling singletons and doubletons for our small school. I can code and customize our report card as much as we want, which is very appreciated. The AdminPlus.com portal is a big hit with our administration. We love having the app as administrators to easily access information on the go. The integration with Google Classroom is also something we absolutely love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would really like to see improvement with the Online Forms. As a private school, we provide a lot of internal scholarships. I was able to make it work but I ended up having to create a separate super database for each essay question - export 7 Excel sheets and then join them together and do a mail merge to be able to have a professional looking export for donors to review. I want to be able to send out one application but filter what is on the export through Online Forms so I can print only what each donor needs to see right from Online Forms without necessarily having to use a super database. I would like to be able to add our own tables to the report card generator in AdminPlus.com - I saw the update and it looks great but we have a service hours and discipline table on our report cards - I hope to be able to print these tables from a demographic field. In addition, the second page of our report card is general information - grade table and comment reference table. I would hope to include a fixed additional page. Our transcript is very custom and I am not quite sure we will be able to use the current AdminPlus.com transcript at this time. I know the schedule builder is probably going to be the last item you move to AdminPlus.com but I am looking forward to that.
