The way that information is included. Sometimes it is smooth and easy, other times it is not. Videos seem to work best but documents are tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Be patient, test everything, manage user expectations. The tool is great when used as it is capable in the moment. The Appinium team has definitely committed to capabilities that take longer to execute on so we set the wrong expectations/too soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Appinium LearnTrac solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to access learning portal that integrates with a platform we already use. Ability to have insight into participant progress through learning plans.

What do you like best about Appinium LearnTrac?

Appinium does a great job listening to its customers, especially regarding feedback and improvements for their systems. They're always looking for ways to improve their LearnTrac product and they've already made some great updates that help administrators and instructional designers. They really are trying to do their best to improve the experience for both those managing the product as well as end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appinium LearnTrac?

The onboarding process went fairly well, but we didn't have the best experience with the representative who worked with us through that part of our experience. It felt disorganized and like we had to constantly remind them of the reason for each call or even what we covered in the previous call.
