Sometimes it is smooth and easy, other times it is not. Videos seem to work best but documents are tricky. **Recommendations to others considering Appinium LearnTrac:** Be patient, test everything, manage user expectations. The tool is great when used as it is capable in the moment. The Appinium team has definitely committed to capabilities that take longer to execute on so we set the wrong expectations/too soon. **What problems is Appinium LearnTrac solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to access learning portal that integrates with a platform we already use. Ability to have insight into participant progress through learning plans. It is much easier for our all colleagues to search, access and complete any training loaded onto this platform. ### 2. They're always looking for ways to improve their LearnTrac product and they've already made some great updates that help administrators and instructional designers. They really are trying to do their best to improve the experience for both those managing the product as well as end users. **What do you dislike about Appinium LearnTrac?** The onboarding process went fairly well, but we didn't have the best experience with the representative who worked with us through that part of our experience. It felt disorganized and like we had to constantly remind them of the reason for each call or even what we covered in the previous call. I also wish the rate of improvements to the system was a little quicker. **What problems is Appinium LearnTrac solving and how is that benefiting you?** This product allows us to engage and educate our customers in a way that reduces cases in our support channel.
