Very handy to reeceive notifications in Slack about who was featured or positions change. Also, I monitored user reviews and feature requests for both apps, replying users when we released new feature though integration with Slack. **What do you dislike about AppFollow?** Honestly I don't like the conglomeration in interface design — AppFollow release lots of features, but it's not always easy to find them in the dashboard, so we learn about a few only by accident. Poor translation of reviews, highly overloaded UI, I had to terminate the service because it was too expensive. I don't see any cons, they have good customer support and the blog. **Recommendations to others considering AppFollow:** Use it to automate your product management or customer support routine. Consider integration with Branch Ion and perhaps an alert for the user if their app is on display in the app store. Consider integration with Branch. **What problems is AppFollow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are conducting ASO keyword tests with AppFollow to determine which metadata is best to get us to the highest position for the most desired keywords. Able to track whether certain changes in the app affect the usage rate or not, and for how long these changes are implemented. Creating a semantic core for the ASO strategy and tracking analyses that could improve app conversion. We can quickly monitor user reviews on our products and respond to them by helping to solve their problems. ### 41. We have 13 apps in 3 stores, and it was a real pain to catch everything. With AppFollow we get all apps' changes and updates right into Slack, that all our team uses. But since they added a reply to reviews feature, our work with users has completely changed. All our support agents reply right from Slack, and I, as a manager, can easily analyze users' behavior.
