It’s user friendly interface and the way they have focused on the employee well being.

As an end user the view of full capabilities of the platform are limited. Also, there is no real time stats for end users like for example; response rates or current trends.

**What problems is Anova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This appears to be a useful tool for evaluating employees and gathering their feedback, which can help foster a healthier work environment.
