The most helpful thing about Aha is being able to group your projects in one place, while also having a direct integration to Jira so that developers do not need to go into another system. It's also nice for roadmap purposes and being able to lay things out visually for the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aha!?

Sometimes I get lost in Jira if you are in the wrong project. You might be looking for something, but cannot find it. As well, if one date gets messed up on the roadmap, it's not easy to fix it, you have to go into each part seperately to make it all work, and sometimes I never get to that point and my whole chart looks like a mess. Wish there was an easier way to make it flexible if something changes on a roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Not intuitive to learn/use

- It's too easy to make a change. For example, I could accidentally change something while in a feature card not realizing I did that.

Most tools force you to adpat to them. Aha is quite the opposite, it adapts to your organizational needs and processes. The fact that it integrates with Jira and ADO makes it an indispensable tool for product managers. For executives who want to see the big picture, one can generate canned reports or tailor it to fit needs. It is a one-stop-shop. Its ease of use is a differentiator, you can get a birds eye view of all the products in your portfolio at a glance or dive deep to a specific one. Lets the different powers of labor deconstruction be free in different jobs. Facilitates a visual design that blends things into a simple joint effort. Facilitates groups to execute projects, skill features and narratives all inside a single product issue. The internal support we get is mixed with the external support we get from the supplier through a contract. Most of the support we get on a daily basis comes from internal resources. You can't believe how fast Aha!'s support team responds to questions/issues. I've probably submitted 15 tickets in the last few weeks (working on a new implementation) and they always get back to me with answers within a couple of hours during the workday (and sometimes beyond). Aha! has a lot of functionality - which is great - but it can be a little overwhelming to get started with. We are working on a re-implementation to really narrow down the Aha! functionality exposed to our product managers to hopefully limit the amount of confusion from our users.
