What do you like best about ADvendio?

Advendio is a great CRM, ideally suited for all the sales processes involved in selling media services. Customer management, classification, offers, order confirmations, mailings, reports and much more is very well implemented.

It exists completely in the cloud, you don't have to worry about data backup and maintenance of the software, the availability is 100% for me so far. There is an app for the mobile phone, but you can also go into the "familiar environment" from anywhere with a browser.

You can create clear and meaningful reports within your own company and also enhance them graphically, all with just a few clicks, and the bosses are happy ;-)

With good data maintenance (obligatory for ALL systems, no matter which one you use) selections are quickly created, mailings are sent and also tracked.

I can call up any history for each customer and see it clearly, whether it's for applications or contacts (again, if I maintain it thoroughly).

All is based on Salesforce which also might be a guarantee to find help and to have a long life version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADvendio?

Anyone who has worked with relational databases understands the principle more quickly (my opinion), but the administration is not easy. If you have to do it "as a side-job" between all the main tasks, you will "reach your limits" and certainly not use the full potential of Advendio. I'm a salesman with an affinity for IT, but not an IT person.

From my point of view, the integration of an ad server is expandable. Once Advendio and GAM360 have been mounted, I think it is much more time-consuming to create a booking via Advendio than to do it directly in the ad server. But if you do it directly you will not have the results in advendio matched to each client.

I had also imagined that you could then call up a customer and directly see all the results of his bookings from the ad server, but it always takes many clicks and you have to gather it from several pages.

I miss a possibility to insert calculations in reports, e.g. setup a report and ad a column with the result of "field A x 12%", something like this. I can´t find and also all support-trys weren´t succesful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
