Advendio is a great CRM, ideally suited for all the sales processes involved in selling media services. Customer management, classification, offers, order confirmations, mailings, reports and much more is very well implemented. It exists completely in the cloud, you don't have to worry about data backup and maintenance of the software, the availability is 100% for me so far. There is an app for the mobile phone, but you can also go into the "familiar environment" from anywhere with a browser. You can create clear and meaningful reports within your own company and also enhance them graphically, all with just a few clicks, and the bosses are happy ;-) With good data maintenance (obligatory for ALL systems, no matter which one you use) selections are quickly created, mailings are sent and also tracked. I can call up any history for each customer and see it clearly, whether it's for applications or contacts (again, if I maintain it thoroughly). All is based on Salesforce which also might be a guarantee to find help and to have a long life version.
