It is straightforward to use and easily accessible over a variety of devices both on and offline. The support and customer service is impressive. Response times to queries and request for items to be added is virtually instant. The unlimited licence has allowed us to provide access to staff across the whole Trust and is providing us with a cost saving as the number of printed meeting packs is reducing. Meeting viewers can share information and annotations easily and access the papers offline for additional working. **What do you dislike about Admincontrol?** There are some small limitations with the agenda design, but the team is reviewing feedback and updates are being produced. **Recommendations to others considering Admincontrol:** A group of Senior Executive and Non-Executive staff plus administrators and IT specialists formed a team to review four different products to search for a meeting portal that would best suit our needs. Each of the staff groups rated Admincontrol higher than any other products, including the one already in use. **What problems is Admincontrol solving and how is that benefiting you?** The use of Admincontrol reduces the volume of papers and sensitive information sent by email. Archived meeting papers can be easily accessed and annotations saved. High costs for printing meeting packs are reducing as the system is becoming more widely used. ### 2.
