Board Intelligence proved to be the best possible choice for our organisation. Its intuitiveness and ease of use are a big plus which contributed to a seamless integration with our systems, but I also have to point out that the level of support from their Support Team is second to none. In addition, I would also like to point out that the produce is highly versatile and from our perspective, we could easily apply it to our internal group structure but also on the client side as a CSP. Given to its ease of use, its performance is excellent and we have encountered very few issues and where we have, they have easily been solved by their excellent support. I've recently been invited to review a couple of similar products in the market just as a point of interest and I have to point out that for our specific needs, the pricing is highly competitive. On the AI front, it is clear that they have made great strides though we are not availing of this particular service given that we have our own internal systems which serve their purpose at this moment in time. It’s difficult to find anything negative to say about it, but if I’m being constructive, I’ve received various internal comments about its ability to act as a repository for signed documents. While I always explain that this isn’t its specific purpose and that there are workarounds to achieve this, from a development perspective it may be something worth considering going forward. I like that the portal is very easy to use and navigate, the shelves are clear and various meetings can be added. The app version is user friendly, with various features such as note making, bookmarking, now an additional feature of InsightDriver which can allow more in depth conversatoins Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The current issue I have is that if your pack is published and you make changes to the pack, there is no way to undo these, especially when you have to make changes. Though, the team is really helpful and suggested the change to the products team to look into Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The speed and effectiveness of the board pack portal is great. It makes it very quick and easy to compile and circulate board packs. The 24/7 customer support team are also great at dealing with any issues that crop up. I use Board Intelligence on an almost daily basis and it is one of my favourite products/tools. The layout of our board pack portal changed w/e 1 February 2025 following our decision to onboard a separate Board Intelligence product (Board Surveys). I preferred the layout of the old portal which looked more professional. We also had some speed and performance issues associated with that change, however, BI's customer support team have looked into this and those issues do now appear to have been fixed. I like that Board Intelligence is easy to use, and all the information is in one secure area. I appreciate the agenda function, as it's easy to access and navigate through board papers. The initial setup was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moving from page to page can be a bit cumbersome. I like to use the arrows on my keyboard, but it doesn't always work very well. It's just a bit slow. It scrolls down instead of just moving from page to page. When I click the down arrow, I would like it to move to the next page unless the view is so high that I can't see the full page. Maybe it could be an option for how people would like to scroll using the arrows, whether they would like to scroll or just move from page to page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate Board Intelligence for saving me time by eliminating the need to use Adobe to create packs, and I find the AI function useful in preparing a first draft of minutes. I like the look of the platform and the simplicity of the user experience. The back office/help team responds and resolves issues quickly. Saving time on simple tasks is essential to focus more on value-add tasks. Also, as far as I've heard, the initial setup process was fairly simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a superb tool for disseminating Board Papers, reviewing them and increasingly to use AI tools to interrogate them and ensure Directors are fully appraised of current and historical perspectives.

The ability to use AI tools to maximise the data available is still improving - and I look forward to making better use of this in the future.

The messaging system and annotation process is a little clunky and lacks flexibility/functionality but it is still usable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the platform is extremely user-friendly from a back-end perspective. I find the individuals who work for Board Intelligence to be extremely responsive, very approachable, and extremely eager to support you with any issues from a technology perspective. I think the biggest barrier to utilizing more of the Board Intelligence features is, unfortunately, cost. At the moment, the package means that we are charged per user for access. I think if we were to utilize Board Intelligence to its fullest extent in our business, we would want to drive the use across all our departments through senior executives and down. That would be quite pricey for our businesses. The cost would be based on per individual user, which is something that if it could be reviewed, we'd definitely try our appetite further. I find the tabs for moving around the board pack very useful, especially when the pack is large. The breaks feature is also helpful for longer meetings. I’m looking forward to using the new action tracker, and I like that I’ll be able to assign actions and monitor them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If directors have added comments or annotations to the board pack and that report is later replaced with a new version, those annotations are lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of creating agendas, drag and dropping documents into the portal, moving order of items and amending dates/times etc. It's easy to create/duplicate packs, move between shelves, everything is just so clear and set out well. Formatting, with multiple presenters the names get split and I can't change this. You also can't see all of the speakers within the App. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
