I have a few minor dislikes, mostly related to cosmetic aspects. Visually the pack is more professional and the addition of adding links means larger files can be included.

I find Board Intelligence to be a very intuitive platform and we have had feedback across the company that processes have become simpler and easier since using BI. Circulating and creating board packs is an easy process to follow and the bookcases are useful for storing past / signed papers. What's most helpful about the Board intelligence portal is the ability to sort agenda items based on their relevance to future disclosures in the Annual Report. This is especially valuable when it comes around the preparing the s.172 statement. The agenda planner is also super helpful, being able to drag and drop agenda items from previous years and meetings to create a new agenda and see a schedule of items on the screen for future planning purposes has been very useful to me.
