"Fast, Effective Pack Portal & Board Effectiveness Reviews"

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

The speed and effectiveness of the board pack portal is great. It makes it very quick and easy to compile and circulate board packs. The 24/7 customer support team are also great at dealing with any issues that crop up. I use Board Intelligence on an almost daily basis and it is one of my favourite products/tools. What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?

The layout of our board pack portal changed w/e 1 February 2025 following our decision to onboard a separate Board Intelligence product (Board Surveys). I preferred the layout of the old portal which looked more professional. We also had some speed and performance issues associated with that change, however, BI's customer support team have looked into this and those issues do now appear to have been fixed. What problems is Board Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

My team are required to run about 200 board and committee meetings per year so we need to ensure that the packs for these meetings are quick to produce and look and feel polished and consistent for our internal stakeholders. We've used Board Intelligence since around 2018 to help us with this and it has been fantastic compared to a previous paper based and/or less slick PDF compilation process. I have also recently on-boarded a new Board Intelligence product - Board Surveys - since 1 Feb 2025. It is too early stages for me to give detailed feedback on that product but so far it looks good and is helping us solve a separate problem regarding our internal board effectiveness reviews. "Superb Tool for Secure, Effortless Board Paper Management"

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

It is a superb tool for disseminating Board Papers, reviewing them and increasingly to use AI tools to interrogate them and ensure Directors are fully appraised of current and historical perspectives.

What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?

The ability to use AI tools to maximise the data available is still improving - and I look forward to making better use of this in the future.

The messaging system and annotation process is a little clunky and lacks flexibility/functionality but it is still usable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ensuring that Directors have timely and secure access to Board Papers, are able to review and annotate those papers, share comments with others, and use them effectively in Board Meetings in order to be fully prepared and informed. "Easy Pack Sharing and Distribution for Any Meeting"

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

It allows for mass communication to all those involved with the meeting and makes managing the packs and who adds to the packs a lot easier than depositing every pack received to certain agendas. "Streamlined Board Meetings, Needs Integration Improvements"

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

I like that Board Intelligence is all online, making it easier to distribute board packs, read and review them, and refer to prior ones. It's easy to use, and I appreciate the intuitive shelf layout. Plus, past packs being saved is a helpful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Board Intelligence?

I would like it if DocuSign were integrated and there should be a section to add attendees, including whether they are joining remotely or physically and their titles. I currently handle this by creating a Word document in the options section as a cover page. What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

I really appreciate how Board Intelligence makes it quick and easy to prepare agendas and meeting packs and circulate them securely. I've used several board portals over the years, and I find Board Intelligence to be the most user-friendly for both administrators and readers. Their support team is second to none and responds quickly whenever I need assistance. It's telling that we've been using Board Intelligence for over 10 years, despite the presence of many competitors. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and I value that immensely. "Streamlined Board Management and Effortless Collaboration"

What do you like best about Board Intelligence?

We use Board Intelligence to consolidate all our papers for the North Area Quality Sub-Committee. This has made our processes much smoother and more efficient, saving us time and cutting down on the back-and-forth typically involved in meeting preparation. With everything stored in a single location, board members can easily access the documents they need and keep up to date.

I have a few minor dislikes, mostly related to cosmetic aspects. For instance, when formatting papers and agendas, the layout and fonts occasionally shift, requiring some additional adjustments before the documents are finalized. Bit more flexibility would be appreciated - eg able to select and delete multiple agenda items if i have copied an agenda but dont need them all.
