Tasks like user creation, role assignment, and access management are well structured, making it easier for IT teams to onboard new users and maintain proper access control for both board members and administrators. Because we run the system in an on-premise environment, it’s reassuring that the platform is designed with strong security considerations in mind. We’re assessinug how these tools might help directors by generating document insights and making it easier to consume and navigate board materials overall. During a recent meeting with Mr. Tharindu, Mr. Shiham and En. My colleague and I previously shared a minor limitation with Mr. Tharindu, which he has taken note of and will look into i.e. that the full title of meeting papers cannot be viewed once all documents have been uploaded, unless the cursor is placed over the title. The best thing about BoardPac is the Face ID or touch ID login on the iPad devices without the need to enter the password manually. The BoardPac team also provide regular support for any and all queries or issues that are faced by the users.
