The dashboard is the best thing because you can put as many items in there to make it convenient for everyone who has access to our portal. **What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?** I don't really have any dislikes but when it comes to the calendar we have a lot of issues with booking meetings. For some reason it is not working and even with the IT support we have them confused as well. Works so well and has saved lots of time over the years. **What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?** I don't enjoy working with the surveys. From a Board perspective, they seem to work pretty well. But on the admin side, they are VERY cumbersome to work with. Also, the reports generated from the survey can be very cluttered, as any instructions for each section in the survey become incorporated into in the report. I have had to convert the PDF into a Word doc, make edits to make the report clearer, and then re-convert it back to a PDF. This leaves options for error, though. The team is amiable, they always respond immediately to any questions or issues we have, and they always go above and beyond with anything needed. The portal makes documents and pages more accessible. Any changes that are needed are simple to make! **What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?** One downside is sometimes the spelling and fonts get changed and don't look as nice. I then have to make it a PDF and upload it, rather than just adding the word document which is an extra step. **What problems is Nasdaq Boardvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** The portal is more secure, which is very nice. Documents are much easier to access and navigate, which is wonderful.
