I love that BoardVantage is extremely user friendly to both our directors and for me as the admin. The company is continually rolling out enhancements to make the platform even better. Our directors have learned to use it very quickly and now use it to access all meeting materials, approvals, and signatures. The new presenter mode is extremely helpful during board meetings. The software is very helpful to our POWI organization, it creates a very good source of information when it comes to perform my Board meeting books, very helpful in so many ways, first and foremost in saving so much time in preparing our board meeting. The customer service is very approachable in time of my troubles finding what I need.

Boardvantage makes managing Boards seemless. Implementation is simple and quick allowing you to get to the business of managing your Board. The Board meeting process, approvals and signatures in Boardvantage makes managing your Board more effective and efficient. I find Nasdaq Boardvantage to be very user-friendly. When I made an account, I was provided step-by-step clear instructions on how to find the resources I needed. When contacting Customer Service, any representative that assists me is friendly, patient and helpful. I always find answers and resources to any questions or concerns I may have. The features and tools are easy to navigate and implement when creating meetings, surveys, approvals, etc. I frequently use Boardvantage in my role and it has been helpful in all of my related tasks. Boardvantage is very user friendly. Uploading the documents, creating the board book, sending notifications, and updating the documents even after they are linked to the board book are all very simple tasks to complete. The outlook meeting information syncing capability is also a huge time saver. I don’t consider myself as tech-savvy and usually avoid all the “bells and whistles”, but through my experience working with Boardvantage so far, I’m actually looking forward to learning more of the features, including signatures for minutes and conducting surveys. The ability to customize Document library and create Boardbooks. I also like the ability to manage permissions by Group. The 24/7 customer service is also very nice because often Board members have technical or login questions that are best answered by Boardvantage personnel. Having a live person to speak with directly to handle these in a timely fashion is critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of our Board members are not tech savvy so getting everyone to use the tool at Board meetings is challenging. Also, I have not used the Docusign integration yet, but prior to Docusign, there was no easy way to have Board members execute documents. Also, some Board members use other tools like Diligent so it is challenging to get Board members comfortable with multiple tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service is excellent. Reps are always willing to meet with you virtually and walk you through problem areas.
