Uploading the documents, creating the board book, sending notifications, and updating the documents even after they are linked to the board book are all very simple tasks to complete. The outlook meeting information syncing capability is also a huge time saver. I don’t consider myself as tech-savvy and usually avoid all the “bells and whistles”, but through my experience working with Boardvantage so far, I’m actually looking forward to learning more of the features, including signatures for minutes and conducting surveys. The 24/7 customer service is also very nice because often Board members have technical or login questions that are best answered by Boardvantage personnel. Having a live person to speak with directly to handle these in a timely fashion is critical. **What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?** Some of our Board members are not tech savvy so getting everyone to use the tool at Board meetings is challenging. Also, I have not used the Docusign integration yet, but prior to Docusign, there was no easy way to have Board members execute documents. Also, some Board members use other tools like Diligent so it is challenging to get Board members comfortable with multiple tools. **What problems is Nasdaq Boardvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sharing and housing Board materials in a central and secure repository. Seamless when making changes to documents or replacing documents, automatically revising Boardbook when changes made. Their customer service and tech support is bar none. Whenever I call with a technical issue, it is resolved immediately and the response is very quick, with a great attitude. Our CSMs are also amazing, giving us all the time we need with training, questions, etc. and are very patient and knowlegable. It was a smooth integration from our old system to Boardvantage. **What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?** Still new to the system and so far I've not found anything I dislike. **What problems is Nasdaq Boardvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** The seamless update of the BoardBook when making changes. This was a cumbersome process using our old system and very time consuming and prone to errors. With Boardvantage, you make the change to a document or replace it and it automatically makes the change to the BoardBook. Very easy and quick. ### 10. One distinguishing feature is videos and rich content on the dashboard. The organization of documents is easy with drag and rop organization. The setup and customer support has been exceptional. We had a comprehensive training, then three additional training sessions. We have upcoming trainings as a group with the full Board, and the offer to meet with individuals if needed. Another distinguishng feature with this product is that it's all-inclusive...no more calls and interactions when every new feature comes out. It's included, just the question on if you want it set up or not. **What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?** I think Boardvantage could work on Accessibility. Larger buttons if needed, or ability to enlarge native text (outside of documents and PDFs). I think keyboard shortcuts are the other biggest need in Boarvantage. A reduction in CLICKS when you can tap the Esc key or Enter key, or you have other keyboard shortcuts (like Ctrl + N for a new meeting). **What problems is Nasdaq Boardvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signatures, surveys, and being the hub of ALL things the Board does. ### 14. This has saved time and effort for teams with an enjoyable experience for end users. And if you think about the amount of paper produced before digitalisation ... well we have saved the environment a little bit! What would we have done without the tool during COVID and the many signatures we had to obtain (in the '000s) as we had not yet implemented DocuSign. So many positives for this tool and that I can't write them all. And there is more to come with the new initiatives being implemented. **What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?** For me ... nothing.
