One of the main reasons I like ActivePipe is that it offers an automated lead-nurturing process that sends the right communication to clients at the right time, without needing constant manual follow-up. It also provides valuable behavioural insights by tracking how contacts interact with emails and content, which helps us see which clients are actively engaging and likely to be in "real estate mode." The campaign and email builder is one of ActivePipe's strongest features. It's intuitive, user-friendly and provides powerful workflow logic, making it easy to create sophisticated automated campaigns without needing technical expertise. The seamless integration with our CRM also makes populating emails quick and efficient, resulting in a straightforward, streamlined process from campaign creation through to delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ActivePipe? The two biggest frustrations we have with ActivePipe are its reporting capabilities and the resubscribe process. The reporting is quite limited, particularly when it comes to dynamic email modules. There is no easy way to identify which properties were sent to an individual client, making it difficult for agents and administrators to verify what communications a contact has received. The resubscribe process is an even bigger challenge. If a client has previously unsubscribed from an ActivePipe email, ActivePipe requires separate written consent from either the client or the agent before they will manually resubscribe them. A resubscribe action completed within our CRM is not recognised as sufficient authority, even though that action has been initiated by our team following a direct request from the client. Having been with ActivePipe for more than five years, this creates ongoing issues. Many clients unsubscribe when they leave the market, only to return months or years later as active buyers. Our agents correctly resubscribe these clients to buyer alerts within the CRM, but because this action is not reflected in ActivePipe, the client still receives no communications unless someone manually identifies and resolves the issue. In many cases, this only comes to light after the client complains that they haven't been receiving property alerts, which reflects poorly on our business and creates unnecessary manual administration. ActivePipe solves the challenge of maintaining consistent communication with our database without relying on our agents to manually send marketing campaigns. The automated, "set and forget" campaigns running in the background ensure our contacts continue to receive relevant communication, which is important because, realistically, consistent manual marketing isn't something most agents have the time or discipline to maintain. This has been a significant benefit for our business, helping us stay top of mind with buyers, sellers and past clients through ongoing brand awareness and relationship nurturing. It also gives us the flexibility to quickly create and distribute one-off, highly targeted campaigns when needed, allowing us to respond to specific opportunities or market conditions with minimal effort. I use ActivePipe for database management at the office. I find the simplicity of the automation really helpful, as it allows me to focus on other areas of the business. The email scripts it designs to go out are also a plus. Additionally, the system was easy to implement, and when I was new to using ActivePipe, Jerome helped me get familiar with it through a Zoom call, making navigation and understanding much easier. I wish they would refer to them as contacts and lists or something else. I also wish that I could type in individual email addresses when I am sending it instead of making a new contact.
