**What do you like best about actiPLANS?**

actiPLANS gives our product team a clear view of who is available, who is out on leave, and how upcoming absences will affect our sprint and release plans. The visual calendar is especially helpful because it shows team availability at a glance and makes it easy to anticipate capacity changes.

**What do you dislike about actiPLANS?**

It would be useful to have more automated reminders for pending approvals, especially during busy planning periods.

**What problems is actiPLANS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

actiPLANS helps our resource planning - we plan sprints and releases more accurately since we have visibility into team availability. We no longer need to rely on scattered notes or manual reminders about upcoming absences. It also helps ensure that we do not overcommit when capacity is limited and supports better communication across engineering, design, and product teams.

**What do you like best about actiPLANS?**

We like how actiPLANS makes it easy to manage time off, work schedules, and resource availability all in one place. The calendar view gives a clear overview of who is on leave, who is working remotely, and which projects might be affected. It saves a lot of time compared to tracking everything manually.

**What do you dislike about actiPLANS?**

It would be helpful to have more notification and reminder options.

**What problems is actiPLANS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

actiPLANS helps us keep track of team availability and ensures that projects are properly covered even when people are out of the office. It eliminates confusion around who is away and for how long, and it makes approvals much faster. The integration with actiTIME also helps us see how time off affects overall team capacity and project timelines.
