
After trying a variety of alternative document/e-sign systems, my company switched to A5 Documents (and A5 Sign). Every week, we utilize it to develop and deliver hundreds of internal and external papers. The easy-to-use connectivity with A5 Sign, which allowed us to email e-sign papers, was very beneficial.
Setting up and configuring A5 for our individual needs took some time, but with the help of comprehensive user instructions, we were masters of the platform in no time. Furthermore, anytime we've had an issue that we couldn't resolve on our own, the support team has been able to quickly identify and execute a solution for us. This product is easy to use, particularly if you already use Google Docs for file storage or other paperwork. It took less than a day to design a template, integrate Salesforce logic, set up the signature add-on, and make the functionality available for our users.
