Tuskr’s cloud-based setup was really helpful to us. There’s no heavy installation or complex setup, we just log in and everything was ready to go!

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

Not a dislike, but more of a suggestion I’d like to see more built-in templates for test cases and test plans.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They recently launched their new AI assistant, which is a really cool feature, though it is a beta version but it is quite helpful like having an extra Team mate.

  ### 3. Easy UI & Image Pasting, but Limited Integrations and Analytics

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanvi G. | Cloud-Native Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

The integrations that tuskr allows with third party tools is very limited. Platform could also better the detailed analytics which are currently lacking

  ### 4. A simple, reliable, and user-friendly test management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijay P. | Desktop Support Technician II, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

Tuskr has one of the cleanest and most intuitive interfaces I’ve used in a test management tool. It’s easy to get started without a steep learning curve, but still offers powerful features for organizing and tracking test cases. I love how quick it is to create, execute, and report on tests, and the collaboration features make it easy for the team to stay in sync. It’s lightweight yet does everything we need for day-to-day QA work without being bloated.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

There’s not much to complain about, but I’d love to see more integrations with third-party tools out of the box. While the existing integrations work well, adding more options for CI/CD and project management tools would make it even more seamless. Also, some advanced reporting customizations could be improved to allow more granular filtering.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuskr helps us organize, manage, and execute our test cases in a very structured way, which has greatly improved our QA efficiency. Before Tuskr, tracking test progress across projects was messy and time-consuming, but now we have a clear, centralized view of everything. It’s reduced duplication of work, improved collaboration between QA and developers, and made reporting much faster and more transparent. This has directly contributed to quicker releases and higher product quality.

Not everyone is able to use it because it relies on AI and automation. Not for all ages.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuskr has been a great help to me with software testing, making the process much easier and more efficient. The service provided is excellent, and I am very impressed with the quality of their work.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

I wish the user session timeout was a bit longer. When I step away for a short break, I often come back to find I need to log in again

  ### 8. Streamlined Test Management with an Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suraj K. | Support Engineer, Computer & Network Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

Tuskr stands out for its incredibly user-friendly interface and ease of navigation. Setting up test cases, organizing test suites, and tracking progress is seamless. The real-time updates and customizable dashboards help us stay on top of test cycles and deliverables. I especially appreciate how effortlessly it integrates with our CI/CD tools, allowing smooth test automation. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

While Tuskr offers a lot of features, some advanced reporting options feel a bit limited when dealing with very complex test metrics. It would be great to see deeper analytics and more customizable report exports. Additionally, while integration is easy with some tools, support for a wider range of third-party tools would be a welcome enhancement.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuskr has helped us centralize and streamline our entire QA process. Earlier, managing test cases across spreadsheets and disconnected tools led to duplication and confusion. With Tuskr, we now have a single source of truth for test documentation, execution tracking, and defect logging. It has improved our QA visibility and efficiency, reduced communication gaps, and helped us deliver high-quality releases faster. Automation integrations and version tracking features have also made regression testing smoother and more reliable.

  ### 9. Tuskr's Clean UI and Efficient Tools Streamline Test Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhuvaneshwari S. | Human Resources Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

Tuskr's clean UI and minimal learning curve make setting up test cases fast and intuitive. The feature hierarchy is organized logically, and the search and filtering tools save a ton of time during large regression cycles. Reporting and analytics are simple yet effective for quick insight sharing across teams.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

The integrations, while functional, could be deeper—especially with tools like Jira or Slack for teams that rely heavily on automated alerts. The dashboard could also include more visual metrics for test trends.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Tuskr, coordinating test cycles for new product launches required multiple spreadsheets. Tuskr centralizes everything: test planning, execution, and reporting. This helps maintain version control and accountability among QA and dev contributors.

  ### 10. Tuskr streamline our test management process.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed S. | Procurement Associate, Telecommunications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

I prefer the simplicity to write a good test case with screenshots and tables. Integrations into issue trackers ensure that bugs and test runs are handled easily, and the reporting paints an easy to tell testing picture.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

The UI works but it is less modern and less visually polished. In addition, some advanced features can be improved for better user experience.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuskr allows us to keep all our testing in a single location which makes keeping track of the progress so much easier as well as assigning tasks and making sure nothing gets missed. It takes less time, enhances cooperation in the team and gives more quality insight into the project.

  ### 11. Simplifies Test Management with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Babi A. | Senior Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

I appreciate Tuskr's simplicity and ease of use, which makes it straightforward to set up and get the team on board without any major issues. The intuitive and organized interface allows me to effectively manage test cases and scenarios, track progress in real-time, and efficiently share updates with the team. I find the integration with existing tools like Jira seamless and valuable for our workflow. Overall, the combination of simplicity, clarity, and real-time visibility enhances my productivity and collaboration with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

I would like to see deeper integration with automation tools. That would make running automated test cases and syncing results even easier.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tuskr to organize and manage test cases, saving time and reducing confusion. It enables real-time tracking, improving team communication and making updates seamless with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  ### 12. User-Friendly and Clean Interface Makes Testing a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divya R. | Programmer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

Tuskr is extremely user-friendly and manages the test cases. The simple workflow and a clean interface allow me to cope with testing without any misunderstandings.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

The interface is clean, although some of the advanced settings are not very visible. An easier navigation through complicated test suites would make the process even more streamlined.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to have a more complete test coverage, as it is able to organize the tests and trace the execution outcomes. That guarantees that we find more problems sooner and the quality of our releases generally increases.

  ### 13. Tuskr Helps Our QA Team Stay Organized and Agile

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olujide S. | Information Technology Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

My favorite feature of Tuskr is its simple, user-friendly UI, which makes managing test cases a breeze. Its capabilities, such as test runs, step-by-step execution tracking, and reusable test cases, are simple to use without being overbearing. It finds a nice mix between functionality and simplicity. It also fits seamlessly into our QA process because to its broad connectors (like Jira) and configurable workflows.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

The thing I don't like about Tuskr is that, although it's excellent for basic test management, it doesn't come with some sophisticated reporting and analytics tools. When compared to other enterprise-grade technologies, the dashboard and metrics customization possibilities are more constrained. Additionally, although there are integrations available, some (such as deeper Jira sync) may be more flexible or robust.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuskr helps solve the problem of manual and unstructured test case management by providing a centralized, standardized platform for creating, executing, and tracking tests. It eliminates scattered spreadsheets and improves communication between the QA and development teams. This has improved traceability, boosted our testing efficiency, and ensured higher test coverage with lower overhead.

  ### 14. A clean, efficient alternative to bulky test management tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena T. | Freelance Email Marketer, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

I’ve only used Tuskr for about a week during the free demo period, but it immediately stood out compared to other tools I’ve tried, like TestRail and Zephyr. Before discovering Tuskr, we were relying on spreadsheets to manage test cases ( a tedious and error-prone process). Tuskr made the transition smooth and immediately improved visibility, structure, and collaboration. As a tech Writer, I found the interface intuitive and the learning curve minimal. Features like customizable fields, Jira integration, and easy test case organization helped streamline our QA workflow significantly.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

Given that I only used the demo, I didn’t get to explore every feature in depth. That said, the reporting features seemed a bit limited compared to more established platforms. Power users may miss advanced filtering and analytics. Also, there’s no offline access, which could be a drawback for teams that occasionally work in low-connectivity environments. Still, for a tool this easy to pick up, those trade-offs felt minor.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuskr helps simplify the process of writing and managing test cases, which is especially helpful for teams that include both technical and non-technical contributors like myself.

  ### 15. A Refreshingly Intuitive Test Management Tool with Powerful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

Tuskr is really easy to pick up and start using. we had it up and running in less than a day. The interface feels clean and modern, and writing test cases with screenshots and tables is surprisingly smooth. I like how easily it connects with Jira and Slack, and the dashboards make it simple to keep track of progress. Their support team has been quick and friendly whenever we had questions.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

For very large test suites the pages can feel a bit slow, and some of the advanced settings take a little digging to figure out. I also wish the reporting and exports were a bit more flexible. Otherwise, it’s been solid for our day-to-day testing.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuskr brought all our test cases and runs into one place, which used to be scattered across spreadsheets and docs. It's much easier now to organize tests, run only what's needed for a release, and track the results in real time. The integrations save us time by automatically linking failed tests to Jira issues, and the dashboards give our leads clear visibility into coverage and progress without constant status meetings. Overall, it's reduced manual effort and improved how quickly we spot gaps or regressions.

Tuskr is a modern and highly affordable test management tool, making it a top contender against expensive rivals. It offers a powerful set of core features, including robust test case management, seamless execution tracking, and customizable reporting dashboards. Praised for its clean, intuitive interface and excellent JIRA integration, Tuskr delivers exceptional value. **Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

Tuskr is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, even for teams that are new to test management tools. Its clean UI, logical layout, and drag-and-drop capabilities make it easy to organize and execute test cases. The customization options for fields, tags, and workflows are highly flexible and help adapt the tool to our QA processes. One of the best parts is how seamlessly it integrates with tools like Jira and Slack, helping us maintain traceability between test cases and development tasks.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

While Tuskr is generally feature-rich, the reporting section could use a bit more depth. For example, advanced filters and custom reports would make it easier to track long-term testing trends or QA KPIs. Also, although the tool works well for manual testing, automation support and integration with CI/CD pipelines could be improved. Additionally, it would be nice to have more real-time collaboration features, like in-line comments or notifications when someone edits a test case.

  ### 43. Honestly, things just flowed better with Tuskr

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitin J. | Senior Market Research Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

Honestly, what I really liked about “Tuskr” is it's just easy to use. I didn't need to go through with any guide or Watch any videos - I just opened it and figured things out while using. Creating the test cases and assigning them to my team feels preety quick and smooth. I also like that everything is in one place - I'm not switching between the random tools or excel sheets to keep the track of stuff. Everything feels too familier and quick. It just keeps everything organized without making it a big deal. Working with the teammates is also chill - all of us can see what's going on without having to check all the time. The alerts and updates helps alot, so I don't need to keep asking to people. Now i get my work faster and cleaner.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

Tuskr works great most of the time, but there are few things that might get better.
Sometimes the features feel too simple, specially if you want some advanced stuff. The mobile app doesn't run as smooth as the desktop one, which is a little annoying. Notifications come way too often, and that can get distracting.
I also thinks the reports could get more detailed.
When the team gets bigger, the tools start feeling a little show. But overall these are small problems, and “Tuskr” is still a pretty useful tool.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So, Yeah “Tuskr” really helps me keep all the testing stuff sorted out without much headache.
Now everything about test cases and the profress is in 1 place, which makes life way easier.
Before we were juggling spreadsheets and emails all over the place - total mess and kinda confusing.
The best part is that working with the test is smoother ' cause everyone knows what to do and when, no need to keep asking around. We catch bugs faster and fix them before launch, which saves slot of time. Overall it cuts down confusion big time and makes the whole testing thing less stressfull. Honestly it has made a strong difference in how we manage projects and hit deadlines.

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

Tuskr takes what used to be a chaotic part of our QA process and turns it into something manageable. It's clean, responsive, and doesn’t overcomplicate things. The test case structure is flexible enough for complex workflows, yet intuitive for newer team members. I also appreciate the Jira integration – being able to connect issues without jumping between tools saves real time. Compared to the bloated enterprise alternatives, Tuskr just works without the fluff.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

The reporting features could be more flexible, especially for custom filters. And bulk edits can feel a bit manual at scale. That said, none of it slows us down much.

It’s given our QA team a centralized space to organize, execute, and track testing in a way that’s actually usable day to day. **Reviewed by:** Danish Ali K. | Senior Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

Tried Tuskr for a week during the free trial and was instantly impressed. Coming from tools like TestRail and Zephyr—and even spreadsheets—Tuskr felt like a major upgrade. As a tech writer, I appreciated how easy it was to pick up. The clean interface, quick Jira setup, and customizable test cases made our QA process far more organized and efficient from day one.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

I didn’t dive into every feature during the trial, but some limitations stood out—reporting felt basic, and there’s no offline mode. Teams needing deeper analytics or flexible filters might find it lacking. Still, given how user-friendly Tuskr is, those trade-offs seemed reasonable.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuskr helped us move away from using messy spreadsheets for test cases. It’s way more organized and easier to use than other tools I’ve tried. Things like setting up test cases and tracking them is just smoother. I didn’t have to spend too much time figuring things out, which was nice. It just made our QA work a lot less of a headache.

  ### 48. Still Exploring - Test Case Management & Execution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

No mobile app (which would be a nice addition)

it feels like solid fit for small to mid-sized teams looking to move away from spreadsheets or legacy tools. We’re still early in the evaluation, but it’s definitely on our shortlist.

  ### 49. Simple yet efficient test run platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carol K. | Quality Assurance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Tuskr?**

Tuskr setup and configuration is easy even to first-time users. The platform does not try to impress the user but rather get the job done.. I like that the main test view is always clean but you can always access the previous version if necessary. Another platform I had used created a new version of my tool whenever I made a minor edit, which was a bit irritating. With Tuskr, I rarely get distracted by the noise. The customer care team is great and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Tuskr?**

There's very little I dislike but the platform does not allow you to copy test plans. You might have to redo the work several times before you get satisfactory results. The keyboard shortcuts for me seem awkward, or a bit unintuitive if you like.

**What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We learnt about Tuskr on a benchmarking trip abroad. We lacked a standard framework to plan and track any test runs. The platform gets the work done and saves our time due to effective integration with ci/dc tools. Tuskr ensures consistency in testing and makes it easy to report bugs and have them fixed.

Reports on MIS and analytics are more detailed in comparison to old system
