Easy to set up and Individualization possibilities are sufficient and well thought - even in the free version. The Tucalendi support is the best i experienced over many years: answers all of my questions and always quickly, also very polite and friendly, almost a kind of buddy experience who really helps and supports while struggling with some minor issues. Also an open ear for improvement suggestions. **What do you dislike about TuCalendi?** design options for automated emails (confirmation etc.) are little bit limited but does the job. **What problems is TuCalendi solving and how is that benefiting you?** to my experience: in the medical field there are no useful providers for online appointment scheduling tools - Tucalendi solved this major problem for us ### 2. It has quite a few options. **What do you dislike about TuCalendi?** The user interface is not intuitive. You need the help pages a lot, until you find your way. The customer support is lousy. I reported a bug 16 months ago and it is literally something they can fix in 1 minute, but they just keep pushing it forward to a vague 'future release'. Same for other support issues. They seem to have other priorities. **What problems is TuCalendi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online appointment booking ### 3. Good so far and on its way to being great! **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Michelle C. | Associate Attorney, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2021 **What do you like best about TuCalendi?** - It's very customizable; you can brand your calendar with your company logo and colors, you can set your schedule with built-in breaks; - You can add in a little buffer around each meeting so you're not hit back to back. For example if you have a 30 minute meeting, you can put the duration as 45 minutes so you add 15 minutes in before your next booking (or your own customized duration - 10 min, 22 min, etc.) - You can set the total # of appointments you want to have per day; - Though I don't use this feature, you can create your calendar in various languages and customize the date and/or time display for those in other countries (12hr or 24hr.); - You can accept payments - only thru Stripe right now; - You can include Zoom or GoTo Meeting links with confirmations (I think they are adding Teams also); - You can easily customize the confirmation and reminder emails with personalized tags; - You can send the confirmations through your company email domain (which is fantastic); - It is VERY affordable compared to some other providers - You can embed it on your website through the complete calendar or a button, or you can just link to your scheduling page. **What do you dislike about TuCalendi?** - It's a little wonky with how it sends the ICS file for clients to add the meeting to their calendars. Instead of attaching an ICS file, it sends an email from my (separate) outlook account, which is not what I want to happen. - It does allow you to accept payments, but not enough variety for the processors yet (only Stripe so far) and I would love to see it allow you to use Lawpay. -The slack integration is cool, but it only tells you there's a new booking. Would be nice to see the details about the booking received so that you don't have to go into your email to see it - There are not a lot of tutorials, so Support is really responsive, but you have to figure out some things through trial and error - I would love to see more Integrations for my plan level. Zapier is only available on Elite and I'm on the Pro Plan, so that's a bummer. - They're still new, so it's a work in progress, but they are making changes. **Recommendations to others considering TuCalendi:** Give it a try. For the price it's really good and if you have questions, their support team is incredibly responsive! **What problems is TuCalendi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed an affordable yet customizable calendar/booking solution that I could integrate easily on my website or send a link through email or text. I really love how you can brand the calendar with my company colors and logo and set it up with my availability and add in breaks and/or buffers between meetings. Adding the zoom link has been pretty cool because I don't have to do anything but show up and will be connected to my client. Being able to accept payments is a nice feature, but I don't use it because I don't use Stripe, but that limitation has been only minimally frustrating. The ability to customize the confirmation and reminder emails is really nice because it allows you to add a personalized touch to This calendar has been a great value so far and I know they are only going to improve! ### 4. I highly recommend it. **What do you dislike about TuCalendi?** None other than I wish I had found TuCalendi earlier! **What problems is TuCalendi solving and how is that benefiting you?** TuCalendi is intuitive with synching our public bookings calendar with our internal calendars.
