I find the response limits quite low compared to the subscription price. Last year, we used the version for three administrators and expected the ability to collect 6,000 responses, but it turned out to be 2,000 per person and per survey. As a result, we had to duplicate everything and transfer ownership back and forth, which wasn’t very convenient. I also think that the most expensive version we purchased shouldn’t have an upper limit on the number of responses – 2,000 is too low.
