Another great thing about Survio is that they offer you automatically generated analyses of the results, including graphs and charts of collective and individual results. You can also review survey summary statistics, benefit from easy to use options for sharing and various formats for dowloading your data. In my opinion, it makes the survey building process much smoother in terms of UI. **What do you dislike about Survio?** Some of their competitors have all sorts of side products under one subscription like PDF readers and e-sign. Survio doesn't have these which means we have to use 3 4 different tools when one platform could've solved a few different things if we were to opt for one of the other tools **What problems is Survio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Survio to collect customer feedback on our website. It was incredibly easy and quick to set up, embed, and start collecting submissions. It has a rich survey library which means you rarely have to do anything from scratch, and the data collected rarely has any issues or fails to sync with our CRM. The topic was the quality of stay in pedestrian zones. Thanks to Survio, I was able to structure the survey over several topics and organize it in a meaningful way. At the same time, the software allowed me to conduct the survey independently. I asked the passers-by verbally while I could enter the answers directly into the form on my smartphone. Unfortunately, I have not found an app for my Android smartphone that would make such a survey easier to implement.
