G2 reviewers report that Typeform excels in user experience, with many praising its intuitive drag-and-drop interface that makes form building straightforward, even for those who aren't tech-savvy. Users appreciate the ability to create highly customizable forms that align with their brand.
Users say Survio is also user-friendly, highlighting its smooth initial setup and the ease of exporting survey results. However, while it is efficient for quick surveys, some users feel it lacks the depth of customization that Typeform offers.
According to verified reviews, Typeform has a significantly higher overall satisfaction score, indicating that users feel more positively about their experience. This is reflected in the feedback that emphasizes how enjoyable and simple it is to create forms with Typeform.
Reviewers mention that both platforms provide valuable feedback tools, but Typeform's advanced features, such as branching logic and a wider variety of question types, give it an edge for users looking for more complex survey capabilities.
G2 reviewers highlight that while Survio is effective for organizing responses and analyzing results, Typeform's reporting and analytics features are often seen as more robust, allowing users to gain deeper insights from their data.
Users appreciate that both platforms offer free entry-level options, but Typeform's higher volume of recent reviews suggests a more active user base, which may indicate better ongoing support and community engagement compared to Survio.
