Survio Pricing Overview

As an SOC Analyst, I regularly use Survio to collect feedback and incident-related data from our internal teams. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to create and customize surveys using its drag-and-drop builder and pre-made templates. The analytics dashboard provides clear visualizations, which makes summarizing responses much faster than doing it manually in spreadsheets. I also like how Survio automatically generates charts and exports reports to Excel or PDF a big time-saver during weekly reporting. For example, I often use Survio to run short pulse surveys on incident handling efficiency or tool performance. The main drawback is that some advanced customization options (like conditional logic and branding) are locked behind higher-tier plans. Additionally, the response dashboard can feel a bit slow when loading large datasets. However, these are minor issues compared to the convenience it offers nothing that would make me stop using it. I like that Survio is quite an intuitive tool to use and has most of the features I would expect from a questionnaire. Even when I need to create a long questionnaire with more complex logic, I can navigate the user interface easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the response limits quite low compared to the subscription price. Last year, we used the version for three administrators and expected the ability to collect 6,000 responses, but it turned out to be 2,000 per person and per survey. As a result, we had to duplicate everything and transfer ownership back and forth, which wasn’t very convenient. I also think that the most expensive version we purchased shouldn’t have an upper limit on the number of responses – 2,000 is too low. I would also appreciate the option to randomize answers in multiple-choice questions so that each respondent doesn’t get them in the same order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
