Unexpectedly, I got a lot of participations in my survey already, so I need to upgrade. I wasn't aware there is a limit to the answer you can get and use but I'm fine with paying for a month. Only it could be more clear what the abonnement options are and how to quit them. There was a pressing need for conducting surveys among our employees and clients, but the last thing I wanted was a complex software tutorial. Then I discovered Survio, and it was straightforward and quick, with a modern design, ready for launch. It also makes it so that I don't have to analyze the answers myself. But it converts all the answers into a PDF, DOCx or even PPTx. There are barely any downsides to using Survio. However for me the only downside is that it is quite pricey.
